i knew a sheriff who worked the Houston jail who told me all sorts of prison culture lingo and events that i will not repeat.....

I did not know this is prison culture. It's Aweful that a person with their pants down is a prison bitch to someone else. It signifys that this person is property and to not touch this ( bitch) without talking to their owner.
