They are lucky it's Federal charges, not Texas State criminal charges.
Federal prisons in Texas (and in other states) are air conditioned. The Bureau of Prisons keeps all Federal prisons close to 76 deg.F in the summer.
For Texas Department of Criminal Justice (state prisons), almost two-thirds of the prison facilities don't have full air conditioning (only in some areas) and close to half have NO air conditioning for prisoners. It's not unusual for prison cell blocks to get to 90-100 degrees during the day, then maybe cool down to very warm 80-90 degrees at night.
Federal prison is like summer camp compared to the Texas State prisons.

I was watching one of the many ex-con podcasts a while back. They mentioned the antifa types do NOT do well in prison. They either have to pay for protection or end up in protective custody with the snitches and pedos.
Considering many of them are trannies, they will not fare well in men's prison, which is where they are going....
