Didn't Trump issue an EO that said we get all your goodies if you're caught dealing with a foreign power to cheat in our elections? That ought to cover a lot of ill gained goods from a lot of bad actors, including the honorable gentlemen and women in our congress and courthouses.
EO #13818 blocks/freezes assets for corruption and human rights violations, but there may be another EO that seizes those assets and can liquidate them, use them for purposes deemed appropriate thereafter.
Maybe it's the Law of War manual. The first thing I studied when coming here was the devolution series. Wouldn't be surprised if I mentally connected that EO with the manual. Wish my memory were more photographic than photogenic (grin)

So far this year the heavily funded candidates lost. I intentionally voted against a guy for governor, because he had too much money,to early. Then Trump endorsed another guy and it made it an easy vote for me.
Soros DA's support a large part of the public disclosure happening now. In particular Somali fraud, Cali fraud, Medicare/Medicaide fraud, ICE , Sanctuary Cities all cracking off at the same time. Those track records will shine for all to see when the SHTF very, very soon.
And Remember, Asset Forfeiture Confiscation / Siezure. We are going to claw back ALL that was stolen, globally. Thats my favorite part.

Soros never uses his own money. He uses USAID, he uses OUR OWN TAX money against us.
