U.S and European emissions have been close to negligible for decades at this point. Most of it is coming from India and China
And saying “The French” is a bit of a misnomer. As that implies it was someone in the French National Government. It was literally the Deputy Mayor of Paris. Not even the Mayor. The Mayors glorified Secretary.
Except that carbon dioxide is not a "pollutant." It is the staff of life. Were it to vanish, all life on the planet would shortly die of starvation. (Excluding submarine volcanic vent microbes living on sulfur.) The Global Warming panic is only a reaction to a hoax.
The French are wimps. The temps went into the 90s. We have that a lot of the summer here in NC. We're looking at 99 for the high on Thursday and 100 for the high on Friday and Saturday.
I remember in the 1960s when we had 100+ temps for days in a row. We didn't have AC. We just sat in the living room and sweated. Occasionally, we'd get a glass of water. We survived. We didn't die just because the temperature was 20 degrees toward the warm side. People should just imagine how hard it is to face temps that are 80+ degrees to the cold side in the winter. I can take a hot summer better than a cold winter.
Not only didn't we have AC at home, we didn't have it at school. Even at UNC-Chapel, most dorms didn't have AC and neither did most classrooms. During hot weather, the classroom buildings left their doors and windows wide open. We would occasionally have a stray dog walk in one side of the lecture hall, walk across the front and the professor, and then walk out the other side. Heat was normal. We didn't die from it.
No, that can't be true! It has been scientifically proven that the unvaccinated were responsible for the pandemic. By the same token, that means people who didn't apply sunscreen are responsible for the apocalyptic heat wave. Trust and follow the science.

90+ outside and 60 in my range den.
Keeps the barrels cooler longer....
China and India are THE greatest polluters on Earth. Until the actual 'blame' is directed at The Guilty for 'pollution', the french can STFU.

Key word Pollution.
If you are not referring to carbon dioxide, I'm afraid I don't understand your point. Could you clarify?
I fart in your general direction…

Patiently waiting for temperatures to spike so I can go to the local swimming pool less than 3 miles from my house
Wouldn't it be safer/healthier to just swim in your toilet?
JK; I have neighbors with a swimming pool that are hosting a BBQ next week for 4th of July
didnt they get rid of air conditioners a few years ago? lol
just put them at the end of the DEW and melt all that bs over there
