The US wouldn't prioritize "citizenship" over parental rights. (That wouldn't be ethical and could be a slippery slope to ALL kids being wards/property of the state rather than being under their patents' tutelage and control.) So, parents can take the kid with them, raise it to be a communist or radical jihadist or something worse and the kid can come and go to - and in - the US as it pleases, get all available US benefits AND VOTE to further its radically-groomed ideology in US elections when it reaches 18.
Executive order was, admittedly, not the best way to handle this clusterf-cked bastardization of "citizenship" that effectively defrauds ALL REAL, legitimate US citizens, but the aforementioned scenario is ABSOLUTELY NOT what the original intent of 14th amendment hoped to accomplish.
What SHOULD happen is that SCOTUS judges
illegitimately-appointed by illegitimate Buydan
be removed and their votes on decisions be removed from the rulings in which they participated or those cases be re-heard and re-decided, but neither of those are likely to happen.
IF we had a legitimate, America-first Congress, they'd find a way to legislate away that nonsense ASAP - via regular legislation, repeal of the 14th, Constitutional amendment or "something".
At this point, all we can do is attempt to prevent more baby drops on US soil by illegals, hope that most with stolen/contrived US "citizenship" go "home" with their illegal-alien parent(s) and live in countries that become desirable enough that they won't want - or need - to avail themselves of their stolen/contrived US "citizenship", and pray for a miracle that makes corrective measures a reality.
So now we need laws preventing women past a certain point in their pregnancies to visit the US- there is already something in place with airlines not allowing travel past a certain poimt-
Way easier to legislate something like this vs an amendment
We'd also have to track down and sterilize both the men and women who came illegally and are awaiting their court dates. Otherwise they could pop out kid after kid while waiting.

Foreigners are subject to jurisdiction of their home nations.
