Ironic that she and Roberts both have children adopted from other countries (Haiti and Ireland) who I am pretty sure had to go through a process to be citizens - that of course had no effect on their vote. She is such a disappointment as we know she KNOWS the constitution and its intent on this matter.
Yep, lots of paperwork, background checks, and finger printing for BCIS before you even get approved for a foreign adoption (and even more hoops for the adoption agency) . Then when you get your child in country, off to the US consulate you go for more paperwork before you can come back to the US.

Good question. But I do believe those poaitions are for life, even if you have a degenerative brain disease. Treason might be a way to remove them, but it might be a hard proposition to begin seeing how the Justices are smart enough to not record anything.
