Interesting. I have boxes and boxes of HCQ for IBS. But I'm pretty much cured so I've dropped from 200mg/day to 200mg/week. That's a dose of 200/77 = 2.6 mg/kg weekly. I think my eyes are safe!
For Lupus it's 2 x 200 mg pills per day but with periodic medical check ups for liver and eyes. Any dose less than that is fairly safe and if you are only taking it for a short period 2 x 200 mg is safe and probably effective.

Read through the comments. One posters is crediting HCQ with a lot more important functions than just the cancer cure.
