This might be a good thing judicially. If the judge sympathizes with a criminal, especially a high placed crook, then maybe this will open the door to ridding our judiciary of highly politicized judges. We need judges who understands the law, pass judgement on the criminals and then sentences them....fairly. Maybe when the real conservatives take over the House and Senate they can begin the expulsion of bad judges.

Pre-emptive lawsuits against valid or invalid criminal prosecution will never work. Not a lawyer but the court has no power to stop the prosecution but can only review it once the defendant loses. I smell desparation.
