I don't think there is anything nefarious about Justices meeting with each other.
They should hold themselves to a very high standard meaning nothing that would even hint at partisanship or pregaming. If those 2 were actually seen meeting with lobbyist pushing for BRC and ballot counting for months etc then that would be a major issue
