1. Stop filing a 1040 (an admission that you are the trustee for your secret corporate/trust strawman (your ALL CAPS NAME on legal documents).

2. Never speak with "them". They are speaking a language you do not understand. Even attorneys trained in the legal deception do not understand. Legalese is a deliberately deceptive language which UNLAWFULLY (but LEGALLY) TRANSFORMS a man/woman into a legal entity which they invented.

Maxim of law -> He who creates, controls.

3. Handle all of their attempts to ATTACH to your "legal status" with their "titles" -> person, individual, taxpayer, citizen, resident, driver, parent (pair rent), guardian, etc. --- all LEGAL "terms of art" by reminding them you are simply a man/woman, nothing more, abiding LAWFULLY (not legally) within the "laws of the land". You simply write something like "I appreciate the OFFER you are making to give me one of your TITLES, but I respectfully decline. They are using classic lawful OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE rules. When you ACCEPT THEIR OFFER, and agree to one of their titles - that they CREATED, they now CONTROL you.

See how the game is played?

Nothing is forced upon you. You have simply not been educated into their legal system of deliberate deception.

When it comes to the IRS, or any other tax-authority, you handle all matters IN WRITING, requesting a wet signature from an actual man/woman when corresponding. Form letters from artificial/fictional entities (like the IRS), with no man's/woman's name attached indicate the world of the dead (fictional) is attempting to attach you to their realm, via their artificial titles. When you ENGAGE with their fictions, you are then PRESUMED to be in ACCEPTANCE of their OFFER.

By speaking with them on LEGAL matters, there's a near 100% chance that you will fail to understand all their deceptive techniques, and will unwittingly be drawn into the "land of the dead/fictional"...which is the LEGAL SYSTEM. Notice their "statutes" (like "statue" - a dead, fictional representation) never contain the words "man or woman". Thus, statutes are the fictional RULES created by our RULERS. They need us, we don't need them.

These are the basics. If you don't KNOW WHO YOU ARE (man/woman), you will get caught up in their games - and yes, they are playing a game with us. A game they didn't teach us the rules on how to play quite deliberately, enabling them to dominate and extract from the duped masses at will.

Likewise, you have to KNOW WHO THEY ARE. When a man or woman - ACTING AS as attorney, legal judge, IRS director, etc. is operating in their "official capacity", you are not dealing with the man/woman. You are dealing with someone temporarily ACTING AS a RE-PRESENTATIVE of the fictional organization. They are RE-PRESENTING themselves as something that they are NOT.

This is why you should never interact in a legal proceeding "Pro se", meaning you are "Re-Presenting" yourself as the fictional "defendant-taxpayer-citizen-resident", and not the man/woman that you are.

When you APPEAR in court, you should do so "sui juris" - as the man/woman itself. Technically this is difficult for most. And if you find yourself already interlocked in a court case, you can't back out of what you already admitted to (being the citizen-resident-taxpayer-defendant-etc.). You're in for the long haul as their fictional entity in that case.

This is likely how you hear of some people trying this and failing/losing and getting into trouble. Either they filed a 1040 in the past (admission that you're the trustee of their strawman trust), or they unwittingly ACCEPTED* one or more of the "titles" they've OFFERED you.

Once an individual hires an attorney or becomes engaged in "tax court", which is not a real "court of law" in any sense of the word, the game is over. You're now playing their game, on their game-board, and the odds are stacked against you in totality. If they've decided you're going to lose the case - no matter what - they it's over. "Truth and facts" are tertiary considerations in standard courts of law (not tax/family/traffic fake courts).

A judge within the LEGAL system has been granted supreme, unilateral powers to accept or dismiss any and all pieces of evidence, facts, and "motions". Notice their words. "Motions" - to put "life" into the otherwise "lifeless"; They need a fictional entity (attorney) to "set things in motion" of their dead system. Likewise, a "Pleading" - the attorneys are tertiary in the power structure, which is why they must "beg and plead" with the "supreme god (judge)" or the court. And the judge is beholden to the BAR (legal fraternity).

Also note that all filings in legal proceeds are COMPLAINTS. The best an attorney can do is simply "whine and complain", like a child to its parents. A CLAIM, which can only be submitted by a man or woman, is VASTLY SUPERIOR to a measly complaint. But once you hire an attorney, you cede your authority to filing a CLAIM.

It is quite the tangled web of deception. Even the vast majority of attorneys have no idea what they're participating in. They've been brainwashed into the system, just like the rest of us.

The real keys to the game are to choose to not ENGAGE with their OFFERS in any way. And you can't just say that once "I reject all your offers". You have to MAINTAIN your STATUS throughout any engagement with them.

So that's the short--long answer to your basic question. Those who win and succeed fully understand the "rules of the game". Those who lose do not. And nobody is going to explicitly explain how the winners did what they did. In most situations, their cases are expunged from the record in one way or another. Good luck finding examples in PACER for example.

Once you allow the parasites to ATTACH to you, it's game over. This includes filing a 1040. So if you filed one last year, you're on the hook to pay your "income" taxes. If you're currently allowing payroll deductions, you're most likely also "on the hook" until you change your filing status with your employer.

There's no "going back in time", retroactively changing your status, and then collecting refunds. I've seen one outfit claim that they could do this, for up to 3-years in the past, but I don't know enough about their system to articulate whether it's true or not. Wish I could remember the name of them, but they appeared to have some success in the 2000-2015 time frame if memory serves. Our RULERS may have changed their RULES and closed some loopholes that allowed that technique to succeed in the past for all I know.

And I'll leave you with, truthfully, the ONE AND ONLY truth. You create your own reality. If you are worried or fearful that the IRS is going to come after you, then you're in big trouble. Likewise, if you are treating the IRS as an antagonistic enemy that can and does wield power over you, you are also in big trouble. You are likely going to create the situations and circumstances that lead you to being defeated by the FICTIONAL ENEMY you created for yourself.

The ULTIMATE TRUTH is, you can succeed at rejecting all their offers, engage as the lawful man or woman throughout, and STILL LOSE if you're fearful or treating the "re-presentatives" of the IRS as an antagonistic enemy.

This is the REAL REASON some fail and some succeed, all game-playing aside.

There's no such thing as the "IRS". It's a fictional, dead entity. You are a real, living man/woman. The two cannot come into contact with one another, unless you allow them to. If you can remember who you are, hold your ground, and treat the "re-presentatives" of the fictions respectfully and without worry about "what they can do to you", then you will succeed. It's as simple as this.

And here's one last word of advice. You've probably seen this dozens of times if you've researched this material. The "sovereign citizens" and "tax-deniers" or "non-filers" (all LEGAL terms of art BTW) showing up in court with an adversarial, disrespectful demeanor and attitude toward the judge/court/opposing attorneys. They have all failed to understand the number one, BY FAR, most important factor with the legal system, far above "facts, evidence, truth". And that is, of course, HONOR.

If you fail to act HONORABLY, you're finished in their court rooms. You can toss out all the facts and evidence if you're a douchebag in their proceedings. Guaranteed.

Knowing who you are, who they (temporarily acting as) are, while still being respectful, unafraid, and acting honorably will get you further than dancing around all their legalese. It's a certainty. As you sow, so shall you reap. Show disrespect, be disrespected. Show disdain, receive disdain. Be fearful, receive fearful outcomes.

This is how "reality" actually works. They didn't teach you this either.

IMO they didn’t necessarily go wrong, they just didn’t account for the fact that we’re dealing with people who don’t care about the law. I did a ton of research on the income tax years ago, and sometimes someone would find a remedy but if it gets too popular it won’t work for others. Or it might work in one jurisdiction but not another. At any rate I was told by the Lord that it’s not about the money, it’s about control. It is a spiritual war.

For the most part, claims of sovereignty and alodium are scattershot because sometimes courts don't want to mess with it, not because it has some secret power that all courts are secretly required to honor. There may be some "right" way to do that but near as I can tell it's just to live as forthrightly as possible and to make explicit the commitment one makes from one sovereign to another. There's no secret nexus that gives power over other people, you simply accept that God gave you sovereignty over yourself and your own, and that the sovereign citizens formed the state government that formed the federal governments whose agents forget they are public servants, and then there's no fear coming from paytriot claims that you must engage their secret before being free.

Where most people go wrong as to income tax is not researching the law for themselves and relying on the text of the law. The trillion-dollar tax industry relies on the words of the law, we should too. Research may involve false starts and occasionally bad decisions, but pursuit of truth is always rewarded. I remember one such guy who tried to free his business from federal nexus who started taking action on principle first rather than on a finalized legal position first, and I found the exact place in the court transcript where he went wrong and got entrapped, he believed the judge was offering him a chance to make an admission that would "free" his wife, but it was really the fatal admission needed under the words of the law, which if he'd had a legal position he would've realized wasn't what he believed. I hope he came out all right in the end.

If you want to learn the chinks in the armor of the income tax, I suggest people start with finding the code or statute that requires certain "employers" to calculate a certain category of payment and report it such as in box 1 of Form W-2. Note this is different from boxes 3 and 5, which have different laws and sometimes differ. I do answer questions to help people with this kind of research if they're willing to put in a little time.
