I'd like to suggest that your analogy can be improved. Imagine a beautiful piece of geometric art, or a piece of graphic design composed from circles, ovals, lines, and similar elements. Imagine that the artwork contains a circle that dominates the design as a visual anchor. A slight change in the tuning of middle C in music is analogous to a slight change in the radius of the circle, where all the other geometric elements are scaled in exact proportion. At extreme scaling factors the beauty of the work is destroyed; e.g. 100x makes it too large to take in, while 1/100x reduced it to an indistinguishable dot. Scaling the forms by 1.8% has no impact on the degree to which the elements cohere, and thus no impact on perceived beauty.
It is worth mentioning that this analogy does not apply to tempo. There is a tight relationship between mood and propulsive feel with the subdivisions of tempo in a musical piece, and this feeling has an anchoring that is absolute in time. Humans are acutely sensitive to the rate at which notes are played.

I saw a video about the massive pipe organs in some of the old churches of Europe being tuned to the true frequencies as it would resonate from the ornate steeples of the structures... believed to help connect that structure to the realm of Heaven. Akin to a transmitter to the Creator. Might that be true? How do we prove it?

Add up any of the three numbers and reduce the answer to 1 number. You'll get either 3, 6, or 9 -- Tesla's numbers.
Example: 528 = 5+2+8 = 15 = 1+5 = 6

Even with true temperament, this concept has been debunked thoroughly. Adam Neely's videos alone put the hypothesis to rest.
