Exactly it's called 'freedom of association' and it used to be one of our freedoms here, until the 'civil rights act' made it a crime to discriminate. However the right to discriminate is a fundamental right and should not be infringed - imagine if the majority of americans stopped associating, doing business with, or otherwise interacting with any illegal foreigner, kicked them out of their restaurants, embarrassed them publicly... it would make their 'takeover' much more difficult wouldn't it
