I believe the build up serves multiple purposes. 1) It is to take the wind out of the sails of the false flags scheduled to occur prior to the 20th. 2) If Trump and Patriots closes the sting op during the inauguration, it keeps squirters fairly well corralled, 3) the backlash of the leftwing extremists will be pretty significant after cutting the head off the serpent, that they will need some increased backup and defenses.
