I already take Omega 3, I will look into Omega 6 as well... I have severe dry eyes and can not use any of the drops the Doctor has tried. I have tear duct plugs to help but it is not enough.

suggestions on brand and where to buy?? I have eye issues and am allergic to most of the medicines..

UPDATE: We have had a great day away from the books. Thank you all for all the great options!
