Here we are informed that the "three people in that hotel room," "they poured over it," "primarily Gregg and that original hacker." It is difficult to know if Ivory's statement is based on what she heard and recorded, or what she has inferred from what she heard and recorded. She is not looking at her notes at this time, she is narrating what she believes she saw and heard at the movie theater she was at earlier in the day.
The statement, "Gregg and that original hacker looked at it" is an assumption by Ivory which contradicts her earlier statement,

But Gregg does know the name of the person who showed him the data in January 2021 in Dallas, and they provided that name first to the judge in a sealed envelope, and then it was later revealed in court by Phillips and Engelbrechts attorneys when the judge made him an offer he could not refuse (contempt of court).
IMO the person who accessed the data has not yet been identified by any fact witness (first hand knowledge), however the person who presented the data to Phillips has been identified as Mike Hasson. Important to keep that in mind as the movie plot unfolds.

We have two options to make sense out of what Ivory has said.

We take her at her word, that "both Gregg, the hacker (Mike Hasson) and the third man were all FBI confidential informants" in the hotel room in Dallas in January 2021. That means all three men, before the meeting would have gone through all the procedures laid out in the documentation linked below that pertains to the recruitment, handling, and administrative processes and procedures for them to be confidential informants.

Occam's Razor. After Mark Hasson (courier or hacker - still to be fleshed out) briefed and demonstrated the Konnech data, after Gregg Phillips advised Mike Hasson to turn the data over to the FBI, then the three men were approached and accepted becoming confidential informants for the FBI. Now I have only lightly skimmed the material below, but not only do informants just provide information, they can be tasked to get information they do not at that time currently have in their possession or have knowledge of. Which sounds very much like what Gregg Phillips has described of the period when "they", the three men in the hotel room in Dallas in January 2021, worked cooperatively with the regional FBI bureau, before the D.C. FBI (HQ) Bureau got wind of the Konnech investigation, and the involvement of Gregg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht and True The Vote.
This part is intriguing:
"But Gregg said, "I am not going to release the identity of that third guy because he is still a confidential informant and if I release his identifying information it will put him in trouble with the cartels and others."
What we do not know is what kind of cartel "The Third Man" would be in trouble with. Now, Phillips, Hasson, and "The Third Man" were not investigating drug trafficking, or human smuggling, so we can rule out those cartels for the most part (except for at a very very high level, perhaps) but they were examining data concerning the personal information of U.S. election workers and select other data residing on servers located in China. So the assumption is that Phillips is referring to vote trafficking cartels, regional domestic and international syndicates which cooperate and coordinate in what appears to be, something along the model of a McDonald's franchise, vote harvesting, flipping, buying, smuggling, etc..

Mike Hasson, the presenter, provides no copy or other documentation to Phillips or the "The Third Man". Hasson leaves the hotel room in Dallas in January 2021 and the data on his computer, and anything else he has with him, leaves the room. Phillips and "The Third Man" are in the room with their ***** in their hands. That's it.
Hasson, on the advice and recommendation of Phillips, turns the data over to the FBI. Now the FBI has the data. The FBI ask Hasson, Phillips and "The Third Man" to be confidential informants and carry out tasks, which according to Phillips in other fora, did not involve, breaching computer security or exploiting known system vulnerabilities nor seeking out new system vulnerabilities. What they do appear to do, under FBI direction and instruction, using the information now in FBI custody and control, is to start searching open sources and contacting clients of Konnech and asking for publicly available information.
So why doesn't the judge call in the FBI agents and supervising agents and ask them who they allowed access to the data that Hasson turned over to the FBI on the advice of Phillips in that hotel room in Dallas in January 2021.
There is more going on behind the scenes and we will not know what it is until nearer the end of this portion of the movie.

If not the identity of, the reason the third person was present could be of importance. If it was Phillips security then the guy was not paying attention and would probably have been kept at a a distance. Fact that there were three people at the meeting, and that third man still remains unknown - unclear so far if the name was given during Phillip's testimony, Ivory did not not say Mike Hasson's name when she told us that he has gone into hiding - nor did she say Mike Hasson's name when she stated that Phillips and Engelbrecht had been forced by the judge to reveal Mike Hasson's name in court in an earlier hearing (see link Mike Hasson named source)

This is a significant deviation to Phillips' earlier statements about the Konnech data. It was always, "my team uncovered," and "my guys found out," and "we turned this data over to the FBI," not that Mark Hasson turned the data over to the FBI. Phillips may have thought he was doing the right thing by protecting Mark Hasson's identity and role in this matter, but in the process he not only told "a noble lie" but was publicly taking credit for something he did not do.
IMO, faulting Phillips for this for now. Guess who else is in the hot seat for telling "a noble lie." Anthony Fouci. Not a name to associated with. Gregg Phillips, hero that he is, does not get to decide what the truth is. The narrative now developing is not the narrative Phillips pushed very hard at the beginning of the Konnech movie. But it is a narrative plot line we must follow (a rabbit hole to go down) in order to try and make sense of contradictory and misleading information and statements. Going to be a deep rabbit hole.

That the D.C Bureau is probing into True The Vote and that basically that Catherine Engelbrecht should be concerned about the FBI potentially flipping the tables and going after True The Vote instead of going after Konnech for its connection to China. He says, he tells her in his phone call that she may have to go nuclear and go public with the data because it appears the D.C. Bureau of the FBI is after True The Vote for its investigation of Konnech."
Lots here, the big take away is that Ivory, like many, is still confused about Mike Hasson being a courier to show Phillips the Konnech data, and that the "hacker" is yet another player (character in the movie) who is as yet not identified by name. His existence is established through Gregg Phillips testimony. Phillips does not know the name of the source of the Konnech data, but did know the name of the person who showed him the data in January in Dallas.

At this point, keep in mind, Gregg Phillips is the only person who has been publicly identified as having seen the data that was demonstrated on a computer in January 2021 in a Dallas. We do not know who the third person present was, nor their role or qualifications in regard to the data presented to Phillips. Keep in mind that Phillips and Engelbrecht worked with the a regional bureau of the FBI for 15 or 16 months. Catherine Engelbrecht has no first hand knowledge of the data presented to Phillips in Dallas in January 2021. Philips did not receive a copy or sample of the data presented. There has been an intentional conflation of the Dallas data and the information that came out of the work Philips and Engelbrecht did with the FBI until it got shut down.

His comments about exactly what he did with the FBI have been vague, but it appears he fronted for the FBI in contacting officials who contracted with Konnech for services. This needs to be fleshed out more.
"That is the main thing, because they want to make sure that everyone is identified who might potentially leak that stuff public. And Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht would not answer as to who everyone was."
See the problem here. As far as the "data breach" presented in January 2021 in Dallas, Mike Hasson showed the data to Gregg Phillips and the third unknown individual present who accompanied Phillips to the meet.

However, your comment is the kind of comment I really like to see on GAW.
First, checking for yourself what is either copy pasted out of a document or quoted from some video.
It is why I link to every source I can, and when I can't am sure to caveat the comment with why (not everything - but the important things) I either can't link or that will link to document as soon as possible.
So much more to this segment than meets the eye, and if it is not linked, others won't have the chance to get more out of a link than just what I pull.
