On her report you can tell the Ip address ect but also if a change was made to Biden? How can they tell. He is in IT and says you can't tell if a change is made. I was watching before and after the most i saw was 325 only during the day light hours

Average has been approx 4 during that time. Only before the inauguration did I see a jump.
