Thank you so much! I am glad to know that this got more coverage, and covered in some big publications!
I posted this a couple of years ago... it is the story of four women from a high school in Los Angeles who each claimed that they were groomed into having sex with the teachers via a liberal curriculum. While the story is about how the four women got sucked into a sexual relationships and the emotional damage it caused, it is important to note that there were 8 teachers named at that school -- and the school administrators and district knew about the allegations and covered them up: https://magazine.atavist.com/fault-lines-cleveland-high-school-reseda-los-angeles-core-abuse/
I was just texting with someone about this, and the wrote that he thinks the goal is to reset labor rates. By importing illegals and giving them home loans with a low monthly payment, illegals can afford to accept lower wages than Americans can.
After talking to him, I think this is a 2- for -1 for the WEF: lower labor rates for the here and now, then eventual control of the property.
This is a ploy to steal land away from the middle class for the NWO agenda.
CA knows that the illegals will buy lots of properties, making it difficult for the middle class to purchase homes. The middle class are stuck renting.
Eventually the illegals WILL default, and this the state repossess the home, and now people are renting from the state.
This is how the state will eventually make it so you "own nothing and are happy."
I forgot to check yesterday, but I just remembered and pulled the receipt out to check it. I made a typo. The last two digits were 37, not 73. Thank you so much for identifying the error. I will address it in the Notice of Default.
OK. I set up the account on TS @christigrab. I haven't posted anything yet. I'm going to go spend time with my family now, and later this afternoon I'll do some posting. Thank you for spreading the word.
This is probably a dumb question, but is Truth Social a phone only app like Telegram, or is it both computer and phone like X?
Thank you for the suggestion. I will.
Thank you!
I got a lot of information from The People's Operation to help me write these two common law legal documents. I got even more information from Bonds for the Win, which was the predecessor to the current People's Operation site.
The common law groups are full of wonderful, helpful people. I wish they would unite and work together. Then things would move quick!
The State of California stopped issuing bonds when Reagan was governor, so the entire government is illegitimate and has been since Reagan: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2219.
But as far as I can tell (and I am the first to admit that I am no expert), there doesn't seem to be severe penalties for no bonds like there are for no oaths. That is why I am focusing most of my energy on the lack of oaths.
I understand that statutory law is corrupt and will not make the government employees adhere to the law. I understand that common law has no real teeth (yet). I also know that public outrage works, and if enough people call and demand that the state senate employees that I've identified step down for not having oaths, the state senate will have no choice but to comply. It is a numbers game.
Yes, though it is actually the State Attorney General, Rob Bonta, who would do so. In order to proceed with the attorney general, I have to pay a lawyer to submit it as they won't take them from the general public. It is the attorney general's sole discretion as to whether he wants to prosecute. Given what a slime bag Rob Bonta has proven to be, I highly doubt he would prosecute.
Rob Bonta was trying to make it illegal to investigate the death of babies. Fortunately, the bill was revised to be less obviously satanic: https://californiaglobe.com/articles/infanticide-or-pregnancy-loss-abortion-bill-passes-assembly-judiciary-committee/
One of Rob Bonta's deputies was busted a couple of years ago for child pornography (ironically, also in San Diego) https://heavy.com/news/2017/07/raymond-joseph-liddy-child-pornography-california-attorney-general-watergate-son-father/. It was federal agents who busted Liddy, not Rob Bonta.
Thank you. They are much needed. The State of CA has already tried to retaliate once and I wouldn't put it past them to try again.
Thank you!
I'm hoping to inspire others to push back, too.
In California, people can basically copy/paste what I've done, so I am hoping it really takes off in CA.
In other states, they will have to dig up their own state laws, but at least they can use my lists as a model of what to look for as they do legal searches. I think most state laws re: oaths and bonds are similar as they all follow federal laws. The law library I used in San Diego was wonderful. They were such a blessing in helping me find what I was looking fo, and I am guessing most law libraries are staffed with helpful people.
Thanks. I will contact them.
I think this is likely the same vehicle that was being tested at Camp Pendleton during the covid lockdown. It was illegal to go to the beach, so only people with ocean views (or people sneaking onto the beach) saw the testing. We have friends who saw the testing happen twice. Someone posted a photo of it on Next-door, and a lot of people chimed in saying they had sen it, too.

I live in San Diego. During the covid lockdown, it was illegal to go to the beach. Friends of mine who live near Camp Pendleton with an ocean view saw the military testing a vehicle. It was round, came out from under the water and flew away really fast. They personally saw the testing occur twice.
They aren't the only ones. Someone posted a photo of it on Next-door, and a lot of people chimed in saying they had sen it, too.
My guess is that this is the same craft the military was testing at Pendleton.
canoli is a great analogy!
Good luck! And prayers that you succeed! 🙏
Thank you! That is encouraging news!
It only takes a few of us to do the hard stuff. Then everyone else can pick up the phone and call or send follow up emails, etc. It's all about the numbers of people supporting the few who step up.
Q said that it is the children that will unite us.
That is what I am hoping for. An insider phone number that isn't available online.
Thank you for the suggestion and the kind compliments. :) As I was working on this, I got a lot of info from Bonds for the Win and the new organization that they started, called the Peoples Operation Restoration.
Bonds are absolutely still required by law. From the Notice of Legal Violations (which was the precursor to the Writ of Quo Warranto):
Per both Federal and California law, surety bonds are required to be issued on every government employee. This is codified in California Government Code Section 1450 – 1463.
CA Gov't Code Section 1460 says: "Every officer with whom official bonds are filed shall carefully keep and preserve the bonds. He shall give certified copies thereof to any person demanding copies, upon being paid the same fees as are allowed by law for certified copies of papers in other cases.”
Per CGCS 1455, these surety bonds are supposed to be filed in the Secretary of State’s office (SOS).
However, California and many other states have come up with a "work around" to surety bonds: they self-insure themselves with a blanket policy. I have already tried to file claims on CA's blanket policy: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2073 It is a fraud. If you make a legitimate claim, they ghost you. There is no way the state of California is going to pay a claim on a behavior that the State encourages its employees to do because it benefits the State.
And this "work-around" was never codified. As cited above, the law still says bonds. Hence, the whole government is illegitimate. But I haven't found any penalties for working without a bond like there are penalties for working without oaths, so I guess no one cares if they follow the bond laws since there is no punishment. I mean, we can try to get them removed from office, but there is no prison or fines or any terrible consequence beyond losing a job.
