More and more research indicates that cancer is actually parasites. Do another round of epsom salt 2 hours after the first dose. 2 hours after that, eat a high fat food (ie avocados, olives, ice cream, cheesecake, etc) to trigger your body to release bile. The stones will start coming out in the morning. When stones pass, it is obvious as they are bright green and float.

This is anecdotal, so take it with a grain of salt. I live in San Diego. I met a woman who works with refugees for a living. She said that she is so scared of being prosecuted by the Trump administration that she is preparing to move to South America. Maybe Vargas is, too?

TLDR is that if an illegal alien commits a crime (including violent crimes), the county is barred from informing ICE, effectively preventing deportation and allowing the perpetrator to stay in our community.

Most people confuse “equity” with “equality,” so when we hear something is “inequitable,” we assume it means that the system was somehow rigged to stop someone from having the opportunity to succeed.
However, when deceitful legislators such as Vargas say “equity,” they mean the opposite of what the average person thinks.
Their goal is to ensure equal results, not equal opportunities to succeed. They consistently argue that if there is a demographic that is disadvantaged, rather than giving that group greater opportunities to succeed, they instead take away the opportunities for all the other groups so that no group at all can thrive.

Bonds are required per California law:
Per both Federal and California law, surety bonds are required to be issued on every government employee. This is codified in California Government Code Section 1450 – 1463.
CA Gov't Code Section 1460 says: "Every officer with whom official bonds are filed shall carefully keep and preserve the bonds. He shall give certified copies thereof to any person demanding copies, upon being paid the same fees as are allowed by law for certified copies of papers in other cases.”
Per CGCS 1455, these surety bonds are supposed to be filed in the Secretary of State’s office (SOS).
I am not saying that administrations previous to Reagan may have been illegitimate and/or corrupt.
I am saying that at the end of Reagan's first term, the State of CA said "F-You, we'll do whatever we want and laws don't apply to us" when it came to the issuance of bonds. Bonds are required by both federal and state law. By no longer having government employees procure bonds, the military has every right to step in because there is not one single legitimate state level employee.

I think just pointing out things like you know that FTB is currently running at 120 days for processing paperwork and FTB has a history of "misfiling" documents will prevent them from enacting collection tools. I'd also contact the advocate for help if they do actually implement the tools. Good luck with getting them off your back. They are like sharks who smell blood. They will not go away without aggressive action to repel them.
This is a legit racketeering scheme. FTB literally waits 4-months to process mail, then they "misfile" the paperwork you sent so that it appears you never sent it, then they hit you with penalties, fees and interest for "not responding."

It's kind of a long story, but I have been trying to get Scott Wiener vacated from office for the last year for working unlawfully without an oath.
I recently realized that a lot of state senators and almost every staffer (deep state employee) that I checked are also working unlawfully without an oath or bond.

This failure by leadership to comply with laws does not absolve each of you of your personal responsibility to have a current, fully executed oath that complies with the constitutional requirements and a surety bond filed with the Secretary of State.
YOU are the one who will go to prison if the Trump administration and/or the military chooses to prosecute these crimes. The argument that leadership told you the expired oath was still valid and that surety bonds aren’t required won’t hold up in court -- especially since I have repeatedly shown you all the pertinent laws and the State Senate has not denied that my interpretation of the laws is correct.
I realize that no one has been prosecuted to date for failure to comply with oath/bond laws. However, since the election, the California governor and many legislators -- including Scott Wiener -- have been boldly proclaiming that federal laws/rules do not apply to California. These people have basically dared Trump and the military to go after them. It will not surprise me if Trump accepts that dare.
I strongly recommend that each one of you do what you need to do to ensure that you are lawfully employed (and thus not caught up in the cross-fire).
Also, please do not forget that working without an oath is considered to be the crime of fraudulently posing as a government agent. There is no statute of limitations on fraud, so Trump can go after you for each and every year you were working without a current oath in place.
Finally, as we start the new session, please remember that each of you are public servants. You have been given power by the people to act on our behalf in accordance with our wishes. In recent years, the State Senate has behaved as if they are a monarchy and not public servants. I hope that this session, each one of you will remember that “we the people” can take our power away from you if you do not properly serve us.

This issue hit home this year in California with the passing of SB-1414. The goal of the bill was to make purchasing a child prostitute a felony for all (shocking it already wasn't). However, the legislators gutted the bill so it only protected some children in some circumstances, not all children. The justification? It isn't equitable.
Most people think equity and equality are the same thing. They are not. Equity = equal results. Equality = equal opportunity.
Since gay people purchase more children than straight people, they would be convicted at higher rates than straight people. The legislators argued that since there wouldn't be equitable results, so the rules had to be changed to ensure that the same conviction rates amongst the various demographics of color/sex orientation.
The focus was about protecting perpetrators. The children didn't matter to the legislators. The fact that sex trafficking children is a violation of the 13th amendment didn't matter to the legislators.
This is how the democrats deceive people into going along with policies that lead to a loss of opportunity and open the door for more people to be victimized. The call you an anti-gay homophobe for wanting to protect kids.
