Athletes do drop dead plenty, but normally we just aren’t paying attention to it. There are countless instances you can bring up with athletes, even high school, dying in sport.
Are you saying that the rate is increasing because of data or because you’re just reading about it a lot recently? Because if it’s the latter it might just be what’s called the Baader-Meinhof effect
It’s true, but it’s not the same Dominion company as the one making voting machines
We can’t just say there’s a connection without proof
Right where are you seeing chest pains though? How many of those are sprained ankles or dehydration?
No I mean this has kind of been happening long before the vaccines. Marathon fatalities are unfortunately a thing
Which documents though?
Okay please do! Because it’s one pretty minor thing to have lack of data but proven harm is huge
I would say an ultramarathon is an extreme sport.
It’s pretty normal for people to die in this sport. Hell, the marathon is named after a battle where a messenger collapsed and died after making the journey.
For this particular race, this is the 7th and 8th death on record. Almost every marathon and especially ultramarathon has a fatality count if not hospitalization records
Death by running an ultramarathon doesn’t sound that unusual.
There’s also a big difference between “all romance” and 50 shades of grey
Not really that unprecedented at all.
It’s probably because it’s an ultramarathon, over 100 miles
Where are you reading that the other 74 runners reported chest pains?
What study showed the proven harm? Might be useful to help solidify the foundation of the argument
This story is over a year and a half old
The author is someone who was on the trump train from the beginning, according to the article.
Almost. It's a jab at people who would redirect every criticism about trump to hillary saying "so what if trump did this what about hillary's emails????"
The phrase "Buttery Males" was coined as a result of this, people who wouldn't let go of the Benghazi trials
Yet they're unable to describe any specificities with any accuracy.
Incredibly vague.
You're literally the first person I've heard say that.
I imagine most people on this site would disagree with you. That's sort of the issue with the vague statements, people interpret them however they feel.
Seems weird to just leave it up for open interpretation until you find something you think suits you
Yeah, people get all jazzed up about it for all kinds of reasons. Any news story where there's a boat, or it's raining, or a bathtub...all hype and no substance. I remember people were all charged up about it during the evergreen canal thing
So it's conditional?
But Aug 9th last year was touted as a 3 year delta and everyone got just as excited. Why is this differnet? Are we going to see it as a 5 year delta next year?
Two more weeks!
He said Sandy Hook was real
Others have deep dived (dove?) before and couldn’t find anything. I doubt there’s any connection.
