Facebook is now giving you a violation if you use this hashtag.

They're saying: "It looks like you tried to gather sensitive information from others"

When Jesus comes back it's for final judgment.

That's it. Game over. EVERYTHING is cleaned up. But that means every unsaved person at that point goes to hell. No chance to change.

Let's pray for revival first.

Google translate of text in post:

August 11, 2024. Curious analogy with 11:08 of the apocalypse of Saint John. What else are they going to cook for us? Will they stay on the already destructive terrain of symbolism or will they go further?

As a reminder, Jewish Kabbalists consider France to be modern Egypt. We Catholics know that we are the second Jerusalem. And that our Lord was symbolically crucified there a second time in 1789.

11:08 “Their corpses will be left in the square of the great city symbolically called Sodom and Egypt, where their Lord was crucified.”

They are waiting for "their" Macchia'h, that is to say their messiah, and have never recognized the divinity of Jesus Christ.

Do not forget it.

Dr James White. Runs the OG Alpha & Omega Ministries.

Look him up in the context of the science of textual transmission. He's one of the leading translators and authorities in the world on both subjects. Fluent in Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic.

He's covered this extensively in his podcasts, his books, and debates with people holding to your position.

He's also one of my pastors.

Here's one of many times where he addresses this thoroughly https://www.youtube.com/live/Tg4tHMKHmPs?si=YFLaW_3tfCxiqONP

But I'm done here. You are choosing to assert things can be taken out of scripture but not admit they can be placed in. Inconsistency is the side of a failed argument.

The verse "If thou believes with all thine heart, thou mayest" from Acts 8:37 is not included in many Bible translations because it is not found in the oldest and best translations of Acts. However, it can be found in the footnotes of most Bibles, with an explanation.

It's not in any original textual variants and it's not present in the dead sea scrolls.

It's removed because it seems to have been added at a certain point by a translator or scribe, not because someone wanted it removed.

Corruption works both ways bud.

"A foolish way" ?

He didn't need to assert anything if some power tripping low IQ thugs didn't try to violate his rights.

Fuck you.

Every cop that doesn't turn in / arrest other cops for violating people's rights or commiting crimes is a bad cop.

Every cop that doesn't have a good understanding of the law is a bad cop.

Most cops are bad cops.

The cops should have taken a lot more into account.

No one not suspected of committing a crime is obligated to talk to or present ID to an officer.

Cops don't like people telling them no.

It's a fucking police bodycam that was acquired via subpoenaed or FOIA request.

Don't be a cop sucker and lick an authoritarian boot that's being kicked in the face of a fellow citizen.

An undertrained / stupid cop stopped a man with no probable cause and assaulted him. That happens almost every day.

Ask him why he's not taking Dominion over the world in every area of it as the great commission commands. Christ's blood bought it all he shouldn't be waiting for a second payment.

I'm post mill.

I frequently wave my hand at theological and eschatological positions that arent as old as our nation.

You want to see me wave my hands over Mormonism, woman pastors, homosexuality in the church, Jehovah's witnesses, prosperity gospel, and lots of other stuff? Stick around.

Lol dude that is the stupidest thing I hope I ever hear in my life. The Bible was originally written in Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic depending on the book.

The Bible was translated into English.... After it was translated into Latin.

You clearly have no idea what you're talking about although you think you do. That's the problem with ignorance.

We are definitely done here

Well I don't really care what people have to say about an upcoming tribulation that are writing about it only a couple of generations after it actually happened.

The seven-headed 10 horned beast was clearly indicative of the Roman empire. Rome had seven hills with 10 governors. In 70 AD Rome's armies surrounded Jerusalem and started to lay siege to it. The Christians who were familiar with their scriptures saying "when you see the abomination of desolation surrounding the holist of holies fleet of the mountains" we're completely ready when Rome's army inexplicably stop their siege and left. While the rest of Jerusalem was celebrating these Christians packed up and headed towards the mountains. Rome's army just came back a few days later and continued the siege eventually killing everyone.

During the siege there were all sorts of crazy things going on from secular accounts like histories of Josephus. There was a comet hanging in the sky over the city like a sword. There were eclipses, earthquakes, swarms of bugs, and of course cannibalism inside the city as food ran out. The streets were literally running with blood.

Remember before it's crucifixion Jesus said this generation shall not pass to all these things take place.

That generation passed.

Darbyism is absolutely unbiblical and bonkers.

Straw-man fallacy.

Did I at any point elevate the NIV? No I did not. Amongst the Bible scholars and translation experts it's considered a less than idea translation. I put it right in the same category as the message Bible.

Now why don't you check out that book I referred you to or look up "James White KJV only debate" on YouTube. He's covered everything. He is one of the leading textural transmission, textual variants, and translation experts in the world whose fluent in Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic.

As far as literal word for word translations my preference is the NASB followed by the ESV.

For middle ground between word for word and thought for thought The CSB would be my choice.

But I often run my Bible studies with a parallel Bible with several translations looking at the same verses. I can tell you there's quite a bit you would miss if you were only reading the original KJV. And there's a lot you'll also miss if you don't go back to the original languages.

But KJV onlyism is silly. I can understand if you only wanted to read the Bible in the original written languages but that's not your position at all.

Anyways I don't think this conversation's going to be productive any longer. Have a great day.

Dr James White has written probably what's the best book on this subject. He's also done countless debates against the position that you're holding that are available on YouTube.

What your expounding is an opinion and tradition, not a biblical truth. Some of your assertions are just plain falsehoods like "scientifically proven" 😂. That's something we heard a lot recently. Did you get your vax and boosters?

I think I'm going to go Occam's razor and assume that a morning tweet today has much more to do with Intel stocks being down about 10% right out of the gate after the overnight markets stopped trading...... Just like practically every other major stock.

We are starting the largest market crash of our lifetimes. Quite possibly in history.

Dude you've got quite a bit wrong.

KJV onlyizm is silly. Our ability to translate as come a long way since that first translation. Hebrew was literally a dead language at that time.

God's word is perfectly preserved in Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic.
