Okay this is sooo weird! I work for a health plan in CA. We also are now getting 3 hrs off in the summer on fridays. We also have constant woke culture. They are also giving bonus vacation days....

Well I would say it is a lot higher in some area and a lot lower in other areas. I live in NorCal and i would say it is definitely higher w some conservatives getting it. Well at least in the adult population
