There is no -30C in italy....is not the pole.
In italy there are still 30 degrees C at the moment, I think these guys can survive without using heating. Some people just like to cry, and btw that temperature (19-20)is still decent to keep in winter.
One day you'll meet again, when the right time will come. The people we lost are always with us. Here while we are on this world, they know we think about them, and sometimes they visit our dreams to be again with us, or we feel their presence near.
Their Police force will be fighting with sticks I guess

Pls, I have like half family in Italy. Trust me these temperatures are incredible cases, that happen maybe 1 every 50 years and if you live on a mountain. Today in Italy Rome, Naples and other major cities temperatures were from 30 to 27 degrees C.
