For those that may not know: despite what msm says about Gaddafi, the man cared for his people and wanted them to be the absolute best they could be. He did things to help make the lives of his people better using the resources the country "had" at their disposal and under his rule had autonomy to use. i.e. Free Healthcare, Free Electricity, Interest Free Loans, All Newly Weds received $50K for a new home, Mothers Received $5K for the birth of a child, Citizens received a % of all oil sales & petrol was priced at 14 Cents per Litre, Gov't paid 50% of the price of your car, Unemployed Libyans received their avg. salary for their profession in benefits until they were able to find a job.
