It caused me to download the SB1 that was just passed in Texas and read it. First, it was passed by all of the Republicans. After a review, I found most instances of misdemeanor charges would qualify as a state felony if it was committed by a state official in performance of their duties or others doing it for pay. It may not be what you would want personally but I found it was very balanced. Since it has been signed into law, I'm not sure what would be gained by contacting Governor Abbott or why anyone would ask you to do so.

You make it sound so simple... Vax bad so everyone should be anti-vax. There are many complicated reasons why someone may think the vax may be OK, at least they hope so. I've been there... One thing I've learned. If I take a step forward, the Lord has carried me to the finish. There are many, many small business owners begging for workers. Get some money flow in and then you can make a plan forward. May the Lord bless and protect you.
DC is swamp owned territory. The left has been waiting for some patriots to march in DC to protest. They will be there in Trump gear to cause some violent confrontation. Worse before it gets better... vague but no platitude. It can be New Zealand bad, everyone locked down or arrested. It must be vague for America because nobody really knows how bad it must get before a vast majority of the people stand up to it forcefully. The only difference between Australia and America is that they were essentially enslaved when the country was disarmed. They never thought that the authorities would actually arrest them for refusing a "vaccine." But surprise, they did. That example alone will cause us to resist being disarmed, forcefully if necessary. But it will require the 'left leaning masses' to see their local government's real intent before they will be ready to resist with us.
I would say most ships are in international waters. You can click on an individual ship but it will not always give country of origin. There is an app for our military ships, but I am not aware of any for RU or CH ships. Even ours won't show all of them. I can say that with all of the civilian traffic, those ships (if they exist) are known.
I've been following Trump and Q for 3 years. When I first started reading Q, I remember people saying essentially the same thing, "do it already." I replied to one persistent doomer with the same thing that I will tell you. Nobody said this was going to be quick, only that it was a game of moves and countermoves that will not be rushed... your desire for quick results not withstanding. It will go as long as it goes, so drink a cold adult beverage and start looking at all the stuff that has happened already, more coming daily. This game is not for the weary, it is for those who are in it to win, no matter how long it takes.

82-8000 is flying without a call sign doing circles near Newport News and now Andrews. Looks like flight time... Venus35, 01-0015 is doing same although Venus has landed in Andrews and 82-8000 is still flying. The E8 STARS, Peach99 is currently circling over Kentucky. STARS may be on a mission, but others seem like training to me.
Before we begin to torch people, remember... It is necessary to use disinformation. I know that a lot of information seems to point to Pence as a bad guy, but that is how disinformation works. And, we as a group, don't have a good prognostic track record. In the end, many that we trusted will be proven bad and many that we accuse will be proven patriots. We won't know until the end.
I've had many similar experiences tracking military aircraft. Many flights are "secret" in that they really don't want you to know who they are or what they are doing. Some make up call signs, aircraft type and id. Or, they are simply listed as n/a with a very short, fat aircraft symbol. Pay attention to the ones that orbit in the same way the P8's do rather than just flying from A to B.
Vote for Patriots during every cycle. Then fight to expose and prosecute any fraud. That's the PLAN. If you don't vote, may as well cut up your MAGA card.
