The "loophole" crutch they're all relying upon is PPE. Personal Protective Equipment. I have found no way around this. Instead, I take their mask they must provide and heavily modify it. I cut the elastic at the mask on the top edge that contains the bendable nose wire. I tie the 2 ends together and wear the mask upside down, with a sharp bend in the nose wire. Voila, normal respiration with the appearance of compliance. It's called "beating them at their own game". Furthermore, if I encounter ANY unmasked management outside on the economy, I give 'em HELL. They avoid me like the lemmings they are...
Some companies brand masks as PPE and make it not optional. The answer; heavily modified masks that really meet only visual requirements.
