Only think I can think of is that Q never intended for this shit to take four years or more. I think shit was supposed to hit the fan in 2018, have it happen while Trump was in office; and then life got in the way, the enemy made countermoves, and repeated adjustments to the Plan have got us to where we are today.
Flynn saying to abandon the Twitter battlefield is nothing short of mystifying.
