Chinese troops and commies in general love to invade an area using underground troops networks (see: Cu Chi Tunnels in the Vietnam War). Niagara Falls would be an obvious place for Chicoms to try to control. Sounds like U.S. forces are taking them out.
There have been a few outbreaks of Hand/Foot/Mouth disease in Asia over the past decade. I never heard of adults getting it. Naturally, parents in Asian countries worry about their kids contracting it. There's not much they can do beyond teaching their kids proper hygiene.
If I were to contract this disease, I would first see if a micropulser works. That is a little electronic device that goes over the wrist and forces the blood in the wrist arteries to pass by a very mild, pulsing electric field. With most viruses, the outer shell of the virus will break apart when exposed to this field and the virus will be rendered harmless.
Micropulsers can be made at home if you know how to construct basic electronic circuits. They can also be purchased from companies like SOTA in Canada.
I really have no idea what it is for sure. The earliest publicly-reported incidence of this tech was the 2009, so far as I am aware. At the time, I was very interested in what happened in Norway and read all that I could on it.
The military guys who are read into this tech are not discussing it openly, so that leaves the public only able to make informed speculation. Is it a portal to another dimension? Does it represent something coming or going from Earth? It's hard not to be influenced by science fiction movies when guessing at what it might be.
Even if it is a weapon, I suspect it is a White Hat one, so it doesn't necessarily need to engender fear. Maybe something that was previously developed in Air Force Space Command but now under the purview of Space Force. As time goes on, I'd really love to know what in the world it is.

I've read female anons on this site saying that fennel tea helped them end the irregular bleeding. You just put a teacup's worth of water into a pan, bring it to a boil, then turn off the flame and add 1.5 teaspoons of fennel seeds. After 10 minutes, strain out the seeds and drink the liquorice-tasting water. It's easy and I've never heard of anyone being allergic to fennel seeds - we eat them in Italian cooking all the time.
Also, try to get the health supplement Bromelain. It's an extractive of pineapple. It comes in pill form and also as a throat lozenge. Some truther doctors have recommended it for spike protein damage.
Other than that, getting plenty of Vitamin D3, Zinc, and Vitamin C are important.
