I bought an aftermarket stereo for my car that didn't have navigation, but did have a GPS module. I figured why install the gps if there is no navigation, and didn't install it. On this particular Pioneer head unit, you cannot set the clock yourself. The time is set by the gps module. Yet I have to set the GMT offset and toggle DST on/off for the time to be correct. So WTF is the module for? Shouldn't it know that based on my location? I've no idea, but the module is landfill fodder now.
Most of the time the water is mixed with glycol, so it serves no purpose other than removing heat from the components. You'd think heat exchangers would be the perfect winter time solution, but the added cost to pipe one in for 4-5 months of a year isn't feasible.
Apparently, Virginia is a prime candidate. The company I work for is currently working on 6 Data centers and each has their own means. Some are strictly refrigerant based and some couple in water cooling.
Funny how not a one of them relies on solar or geothermal, you know, the "green" solutions.
Take it for what it's worth, but I've voted for many presidents over the years, and most didn't meet 30% of their campaign rhetoric over their 4-8 years as president. Each time I've voted for Trump it's been different. Sure, he isn't 100% on his promises but he always comes up above 60% accomplished. I refuse to let perfect be the enemy of good. He is working, he does care and it shows. We're less than 8 months in and he's already made massive positive changes.
Gates and Zuck have no concern for humanity. They see dollar signs and try to cash in. We are nothing but a metric to them.
