Easiest transition: look at ingredients of all carbohydrates. If it says “enriched” do not buy. Almost everything in you pantry says this unless you know about it. Roughly half the country has an mthfr gene mutation = can’t methylate properly = folic acid is poison… this is just a very simple first step, this rabbit hole is deep.
High cholesterol: berberine and inositol (dci) …. Inositol affects histamine response and glucose.
High bp: TMG…. Helps body regulate homocysteine…. Literally cured my higher bp within 30 minutes. I’ve never been back in pre hypertension.
Genetic testing, get it done. Back to first point, people who struggle with weight are likely genetically predispositioned. Get tested, get on a supp regimen that will likely include methylated multis, and stop eating enriched wheat. Go to Aldi and by sourdough made with 4 ingredients like bread is supposed to be (if you absolutely have to eat bread). Watch out for all pastas, rice…. Literally every carb in america. Even a bag of flour will have it if you aren’t paying attention.

Specifically on the AI note…. Let’s pretend Quantum Computers are real, we are told they are. If actual AI can operate on the Quantum level, theoretically it is unbounded by time. Something not burdened by time will be the most powerful entity ever devised short of God (which some argue is essentially a sophisticated AI operating on a quantum computer).
Can you imagine what a war game would look like between two AI systems operating within the quantum realm? This may be a bit blasphemous to some, but it’s an easy way to “humanize” AI and possibly associate it with being the anti-Christ.
Think of it this way, freemasonry has all the hallmarks of a great society dedicated to the betterment of mankind. Many different societies exist. They are mostly all just fraternities, some more elite than others. If you have an evil fraternity that wants to spread and gain power, why not just take the reins of the others? He speaks about Albert Pike, one of the purveyors of the Illuminati. Pike was a confederate General, Mason, Scottish Rite, and made some pretty wild predictions regarding the future of our world.

I, for one, appreciate your post. I have evolved in my belief system from Catholicism, to agnosticism, to a completely self defined version of my faith in our Source God. I am not very well versed in the Bible, but have read it and believe there are both adulterated and unadulterated truths in the “versions” we pretend to know. A question so simple as ……“if Yeshua returned today, and you called him Jesus Christ, would he know who you were talking to?” …….. has huge implications.

a good question to ponder….. do nuclear bombs actually exist? Could it be a very intense control tactic? Maybe they did exist but were taken off the shelves by who knows whom… our creators? This gets in to ET theories of inter-dimensional chaos unleashed by our 3d nukes and is therefore not in scope of this discussion. But here’s the thing, I find it highly improbable that the elites are capable of holding on to nukes and not using them for the better part of a century.

Reading comments because this post is interesting. I noticed you are dumbfounded that OP isn’t aware of the distinction between Q and Qanon (and I somewhat agree with you although many followers do refer to it as qanon along side the media). But I’m more dumbfounded you were unaware of the freemasonry aspect of Q. It’s spoken about regularly here. Most devout followers here that possess higher level of intelligence will likely agree that the lower levels of freemasonry are completely oblivious to what the higher levels are engaged in. We think of it in some capacity as being similar to the FBI….. the ground troops are mostly good people, the leadership are mostly not.
Unfortunately willpower is useless if one is ignorant to the ingredients they are consuming. Go to the market and find any carbohydrate (bread, rice, pasta, pizza) not made with “enriched wheat flour”. Extremely difficult to find anything not enriched. Folic acid is poison to roughly half the population who can’t methylate it. Unless you pay extreme attention, go on no carb diet, you will be poisoned. No amount of willpower can overcome not having that knowledge.
I’m still on the fence about these drugs. Naturally, anything synthetic I question. But what is better, to be obese or take a synthetic that helps you not be obese? Or that helps you kick addiction in some cases.
I just haven’t heard of any real terrible side effects that outweigh the benefits for those in these categories.
So wtf are you arguing against my post about? It’s pretty obvious being on a higher alert level doesn’t mean you are definitely going anywhere, but it also means the probability you are heading out has increased.

Sad. I’m also active duty and resisted until the last day when I elected to get the JnJ jab. Wouldn’t you know, a year later I developed multiple pulmonary embolisms. I’m on every hit list for vaccines now…. I simply tell them I don’t do vaccines any more.
The amount of people I personally know who have died from cancer, developed cancer, or had blood clots like I did is absolutely insane. It’s to the point that people think I’m exaggerating when I quite literally name names.
