Long time no see, sibling. The one thing I might add is that even if they overwhelm they will regret. I think they forget who our ancestors were. That Holy Spirit of Liberty still rings in the hearts of men and women in America. I grieve more for the ones foolish enough to try it than those they attack. We know where our hill to die on is. Keep the faith. You'll love how this ends. When we show the world we have a line that cannot be crossed then they will learn.
God bless you with the Holy Spirit Arooma, in Jesus name amen.
Loving one another is indeed a command, sibling. In fact Jesus went hard about such a biblical prayer in John 17. Not to cause argument but it's hurtful and misrepresenting what I said. To love is to be Holy. For love fulfills the law. Love God and love your neighbor. If you love then you obviously will put holiness as a priority. So rather the love is prerequisite to urging holiness. Holiness means nothing without its why. Why be Holy if God doesn't love us? If a Creator so magnanimous didn't love us despite our sins with Jesus on the cross then why would we bother to be better? What gain is there? I perceive you mean well by your words, but you do err, sibling in saying love is beneath holiness; it is because of love that holiness has reason and because of holiness that love can be perfected. But not one is less important than another. Else Jesus wouldn't have commanded we love our brothers and sisters and our neighbors and enemies.
Well said, sis. As often times it is said. It's through tribulation that we must enter the kingdom (Acts 14). So though it seems bleak; it indeed is the only way forward. To keep moving forward is as it sounds: you will not be spared of the fire, but rather will be given the endurance to walk through it. A poet once said: "Dark is the way; Light is a place." -Dylan Thomas on 'a poem on his birthday'
And that Light is Jesus Christ.
This... Human liberty and individual sovereignty should be the only argument against things such as the vax. All other arguments can be twisted to suit a tyrant.
God bless you with the Holy Spirit to lead others to liberty for such comment, fren. In Jesus name amen.
Do you think this might go along with that q post that said trump must continue to be neutral in all this? It might explain all of the lack of action on his part concerning all this? He mustn't look involved else it ruins the plan; even this. What are your thoughts? God bless you with the Holy Spirit, fren; in Jesus name amen.
Mark 13
1 And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!
2 And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.
Indeed, sister. There is a place where there is no more ruble; the kingdom of heaven. That precious place which we who've believed and still believe in Jesus Christ the Son of God, who died and resurrected to give us that inheritance. We will be there one day. I look forward to speaking to the Christians that God took home that day. I'd love to know what they saw. What God saw. May the Holy Spirit teach us humility of this event. Those there God bless you for the unique gift of such magnitude you were given to witness, In Jesus name amen.
Indeed. Father, please comfort our brothers and sisters who have lost their livelihoods over this nonsense. If at all possible, please use us to supply their want. Your will permitting. May Your Holy Spirit lead us. In Jesus name, amen.
OT slavery was also by choice. Specifically to pay back a debt you didn't have the resources to pay back. You traded 7 years of your life and labor instead. Not to disagree with your premise, sister. But the word slavery itself is a form of oxymoron in this case because biblical slavery is not like the slavery we witnessed in America. So we've adopted an improper definition of slave. Much love and respect to you sis. But in OP's defense in the Holy Spirit, we are slaves to Jesus Christ; indeed by choice yet at the same time not by choice for we were chosen. We didn't choose Him but He chose us. There is a lot more grey to this than our black and white idea of servant good, slave bad. When actuality shows that servants can receive wages, yet a slave does not. Yet biblically you are to obey God where He commands proper treatment of slaves (Deuteronomy 15).
My main point in OP's defense is that the Holy Ghost shows us that slavery was indeed voluntary even in Israelite circles. What we did in America was contrary to biblical law. We've created a stain on the word slave whereas in times past. Some slaves enjoyed their master so much God made a law that permitted them to stay for ever with their master if they do chose. Much different than how we record the 1800's. God bless you in Jesus name with the Holy Ghost, sister. Amen.
Praise God in Jesus name for the Holy Ghost touching you. I am glad I could be allowed to take part in it. Glory to Him. You are right, sister. There is humility in that brutality committed to Jesus for our sakes. God bless you in Jesus name, amen.
I didn't see preaching. I see exhortation. You do well in such, sister. 1 Timothy 2, 1 Corinthians 11 and 14 and Titus 2 urges the sisterhood against such burdens but rather to live by example to inspire the younger sisters and to pray and to give prophecy by all reverence to the LORD. I believe you've done well in this that you've encouraged many here today to look toward the real cost of faith. I was reading Hebrews 12 today; and would it not be amazing for you to know the Holy Ghost used you to further strengthen me in what the LORD has told me this morning. We are much like a stalk of grain. The true grain can't be removed from the stalk until it is threshed (beat against a floor or drum) then it releases the grain berry. Then from there it is shaken about to separate wheat from chaff. The road to Christ Jesus will involve a little beating and suffering for all of us; yet we rejoice because that means our Father loves us too much to let us be ruined. He wants us to be a proper harvest worth reaping. Thus the chastening being evidence of Him loving us. For He threshes us against the floor to get the best out of us. So let us strengthen our knees and lift up our hands and endure the sanctification process God is giving us by His Holy Spirit. We'll written sister. Keep encouraging the brothers and sisters, and keep witnessing to the nonbelievers by the same example you demonstrate today. God bless you In Jesus name amen.
Thank you for your encouragement, sister.
