I do vet my sources and I use a filter for bias. And...i cite sources.
Posts about Phillips get stickied here stating his connections to intelligence and the military with absolutely no sources and based on pure hopium-laced speculation.
I didn't make any statement of position or conclusion on this thread about 2000 Mules.
I did make statements about Phillips.
His apparent history does not support ties to military and/or intelligence.
He is a date-fagger though...full of hopium.
The article, and others, read through a filter for the bias provides data on Phillips' history that I did not know and that probably most people here did not know.
Phillips, as far as I can tell, has no intelligence and/or military background or connections. Can you cite any?
And....
I don't know what the Reveal News mission statement is, nor do I necessarily care.
The article read with a bias filter provides some historical context to Phillips.
I care about truth across the board...that includes truth related to Reveal News, to Phillips, and to all things.
Do you care about the truth as it relates to Phillips?
There is no indication that the guy in the picture is Phillips. Plus, Phillips is in his early 60s right now.
And... I can find no history or connection with Phillips and intelligence and/or military service. Can you?
He was a fundraiser for Gov. Fordice in Mississippi in the 1990s and then Head of Mississippi Human Services and then Texas Deputy Commissioner of Health and Human Services. From there, he ran some software companies related to health provider services. Now, he is affiliated with True The Vote, Engelbrecht and the company that he and Englebrecht co-founded in 2018, CoverMe (an Alabama Corp. that provides software for Mississippi health providers.)
Put this arricle through a bias filter, but the article gives some sense of history:
Are you sure that that was Phillips?
In vast searching I have found no connections between Phillips the military and/or intelligence.
Phillips is the former Head of Mississippi Human Services (allegedly resigned amidst claims of mismanagement and improprieties). He was, later, Deputy Commissioner of Texas Health and Human Services (allegations of improprieties there, as well).
He, now, is the CEO and co-founder of CoverMe (formerly AutoGov?), an Alabama Corp., that provides software to Mississippi health care providers.
Engelbrecht is the other co-founder and business partner.
They both are also well known for 2000 Mules and True The Vote.
In my searches, I have found no history of Phillips having any connections to intelligence and or military (as many here postulate). Can you find any?

The 2020 election was a fraud show.
The grifters that come after that only make it worse.
I don't buy everything in the examiner article, but I do believe that the article more accurately defines Phillips than folks around here who reference him with probable Q clearance, ties to intelligence,, former intelligence, operator, former military, military and the like.
He appears to be a former, mediocre at best, State employee with questionable business dealings and who now has a pension for inaccurate date-fagging and hopium. Unfortunately, many eat it up.
Why do we care what the former head of Mississippi Human Services, who had to resign due to mismanagement and improprieties, former Deputy Commissioner of Texas Health and Human Services, also embroiled in improprities, and current CEO of CoverMe, an Alabama Corp., has to say about AZ elections?
Gregg Phillips explaining CoverMe's business offerings.
CoverMe an Alabama company started by Phillips and Engelbrecht and has contracts with Mississippi health service providers.
Flimsy?
Was Phillips formerly the Miss. head of Human Services? Is that flimsy?
Did he resign from this position? Why?
Was he formerly Texas Deputy Commissioner of Human Services? Is this flimsy?
Were there alleged impropriety issues?
Objective: Given that folks here have postulated that Phillips is everything from intelligence, military, an operator and even Q team when there is no documented history to support these assumptions and given that based on these assumptions folks put their faith and trust in Phillips' hopium events like "hot August" and his ability to assist in the overturn of the 2020 election, the objective is to dig to find out who and what Phillips really is.
Is he deserving of any faith and trust?
He didn't.
He was a fundraiser for Gov. Fordice (R) in Mississippi and then was the head of Mississippi Department of Human Services. He resigned after allegations of resume fraud, mismanagement, and improprieties.
Then, Phillips was the Deputy Commissioner for Human Services in Texas. Allegations of improprieties surfaced there, as well.
From what I could find in searches, Phillips has no service with the military and/or intelligence. Can anyone else find any service?
Gregg plainly has an intelligence background and connections all over the intelligence community.
I searched exhaustively for sources of this claim, and couldn't find one. Does anyone here have a source for this claim?
