I see what you are saying. But they seemed to dismiss them for very little reason, like grammatical errors etc. I think they had to do it all in a rush and a little leeway should have been given to hear it out.
I think the courts did not want to deal with it. The supreme court should have looked at the evidence and made a decision, then everyone would not be on different sides of this issue
I am not sure about all his economic predictions, I think every ones crystal ball is broken. I do find him knowledgeable about the market and history and things like this. He is a good moderate voice on that sort of thing. imo
