I use a white board that grids out simple goals like Make your bed, floss, play sports, read, journal, and clean room, and then goals that cater to me like body weight, no fap, muscle dimensions, and photography. I have a box for a week and make it like a 9 week thing and the first week i just try to do as much as i can then next week i try to beat if I cant thats ok cause then next week i try to beat the previous week I dont look at my best week and compare I just try and beat the previous week and move on when i cant. Progress takes time and understanding that is key, be humble and understanding with yourself.
We have paper ballots across Canada, only a few places actually permitted electronic ballots. Maybe there was some cheating but I genuinely believe trudeau would have won anyways. Me too, it's incredibly sppoky though, it took them only a month to build it. If it was for covid then they could have built it earlier, so its just incredibly strange timing to make two pandemic care units with 400 beds in a single hospital when my province had maybe 1000 hospitalizations at its peak. I work at a hospital as security and at the hospital in Canada, they just finished building two care units dedicated to the pandemic housing 200 beds each??? 400 beds in a singles hospital to cover for a pandemic thats almost over?? Maybe its blow back from not being prepared or maybe they are preparing for something worse??
Thats why I wonder if getting vaxxed is actually a good thing and the ds plan was always to kill any anti vaxxers a.k.a. people with rebellious tendencies.
