Ahhh I see the ambulance on the tv screen now and the old broken man, old broken man lines.
Jan 6th would have been quite the perfect time pick em all up. Jan 20th was a show, literally.
Yeah, I've always been on the side of that ain't Joe. Idk if double, mask or deep fake, but that ain't Joe.
Devil's Den, Gettysburg. Fitting indeed.
The big news could also be a massive 2 for 1 special on Giza sheets... or maybe Shiva will finally be brought back to discuss that 4.2% 🤔😂🍿
I'm glad I got fired over masks so I was never faced with the threat of being fired over jabs... got the slap in the face to avoid getting rammed up the bum
Got em!
Funny, though somewhat scary thing... I once taught a college level US History course to a class of all Chinese exchange students. Most of them seemed like legitimate, authentic kids just trying to learn. One was just as lazy and disconnected as the average American college student. I sometimes think what if any of my former students were prospective spies 😳😂
But hey, at least I exposed them to the censorship employed by their government. They had never heard of Tiananmen or tank man... they couldn't even access internet videos on their laptops since they were of course, provided to them by their government. When they saw the videos, read the stories, their minds were completely blown. I'd like to think if any of them were sent to be spies, I helped encourage them to become double agents 😊
Guilfoyle got screwed by FOX. I always thought it was good on her to navigate through it all to something clearly better.
Jan 6th was a great show. All of the countless thousands of extras were essential for making the episode as authentic, immersive and gripping as it was.
What a clip. Something I picked up on now was Kimberley's comment at the end that went something like "if the VP has any brains he'll do the right thing and follow the Constitution."
As I've repeated ad nauseam, that rigjt, constitutional thing was for Pence to open the certificates and count the votes as recorded on said certificates. But constitutionally and historically illiterate dupes keep thinking the "right thing" was for Pence to use what they wrongly believe to be constitutional power to "reject the certificates".
Theory. What if the DS attempted to coerce Pence into triggering 25th? What if they tried to coerce him into violating the Constitution by claiming and exercising power he didn't possess, thereby creating the coup that they wanted to be attempted, so they could unless hell?
And perhaps this was Kimberly (along with Trump's comments) warning Pence to stick to the plan, to follow the Constitution, to not cave to the DS's threats?
Imagine if there were any messages from certain DS actors, using aliases threatening and instructing Pence what to do, a la the Silk Road hit schemes? Imagine if we got their number... all those voices inside the head of Pence, trying to tell him what to do...
Great stuff.
And something to keep in mind is that even though POTUS (or Acting POTUS) is the Commander-in-Chief (under the Constitution, the office is one in the same and cannot be split), said CIC can and before has, authorized his subordinates to conduct war. For instance, Lincoln was ill prepared to effectively manage the war effort for federal forces to suppress the insurrection and rebellion of 1860. But he he appointed top generals to prosecute the war, albeit stepping in and overriding their plans when he deemed it necessary. Sometimes that was a good thing, and at other times Lincoln should have stepped back and let his lieutenants do work. He learned on the job and became an exceptional leader by finally surrounding himself and trusting great military commanders a la Grant and Sherman.
But as far as the Constitution and lawful statutory law is concerned, there always has to be a POTUS, or at least an Acting POTUS, and said Chief Executive is the Commander-in-Chief during time of war. It is a power and duty of the officer holder and nobody else. So if there was/is a theoretical Acting POTUS Pence (or Pompeo), then they could be like Jefferson chillin' at Monticello whilst giving orders to his generals to wage war... of course, it could be as simple as "follow the plans that were already laid out prior to my becoming Acting POTUS."
Norman's identification of Oct 5th seems to be the pivotal moment... perfect time to do whatever was done, especially if taken within the context that the "election" itself, was a military op.
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide,
So it requires more than just the VP. And POTUS can basically tell them all to screw off and that he's perfectly capable of performing his duties. VP & Co. would have to do it again, and this time 2/3 of Congress would have to vote to affirm the action. Also:
the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Unlike in the case of death, resignation or removal, the VP doesn't become POTUS, but merely Acting POTUS. The actual POTUS can have their status returned. Though interestingly, the 25th doesn't provide any avenue for POTUS to override such action by Congress and there's no mechanism for any other body to override. Say a Congress does approve with 2/3, making the VP Acting POTUS, but then midterms result in a new Congress that favors the "sidelined" POTUS. Can this new Congress take a new vote to restore the POTUS? 25th doesn't say... and all the while, with the VP Acting as POTUS, what is POTUS to do? Just hang out and eat ice cream? At that point, it's basically impeachment and removal, but a nicer way of doing it... e.g. POTUS isn't an evil shit violating the Constitution, but just a dumb dumb head right now... Billy Bob had too many concussions, has to go on IR. What a shitshow...
Nice. You know, I remember discussion about this song and the significance of its usage a while back. Can't search comments and I have so many to search back through that it's just not worth doing... but I vaguely remember exploring the meaning, the story of the song. Pretty sure I linked to this page that had some interested background and theories

Did search through posts, and there was some discussion around GAW:

As you've like to say of recent, dasting.
The implication that it would have been unconstitutional for Pence to send the certifications that he knew were fraudulent back to the state legislatures is unsupportable.
Where in the Constitution is the President of the Senate authorized to "send certificates back to the states"? Support your claim.
As Trump has repeatedly said, he definitely could have,
Sure, Pence could have attempted to so something of the sort and violate the Constitution...
and should have, sent them back to the states.
Did Trump actually say that Pence should have usurped the Constitution?
When did Trump say that Pence
is an idiot programmed by the uniparty system
?
Sounds like attempts at a modern fugitive slave act...
The Founders, in their naivety, never imagined an American populace that would allow for such perversion to take root...
Well, he actually did the right thing, which was not violating the Constitution by attempting to wield imagined authority which he never actually possessed.
In fairness, some attempted to get the case before SCOTUS, as they had every right to do so. Under the Constitution, SCOTUS should have taken the case... they claimed lack of standing... perhaps this was a cover for what's been speculated to be coming, military tribunals? After all, if these were matters of war, invasion, insurrection etc, then military court would have the proper jurisdiction, not civil court.
Or consider, that Pence, as Acting POTUS, was lawfully authorized to see and retain them?
Correct. The major criminals here are the state governors, secretaries of state, and legislatures. Neither the President of the Senate (normally the VP) nor Congress has any Constitutional authority to adjudicate disputes over Electoral appointments.
That's a bingo. Fun fact, VP has no authority to oversee military operations. But an Acting POTUS, exercising the powers of the presidency, does.
Who was Trump saluting in the helicopter after returning to the Executive Mansion?
POTUS only returns salutes. Never initiates to a subordinate.
Correct. And Pence was likely Acting POTUS for some time, at the very least when Trump was at Walter Reed in October 2020, and quite possibly prior to January 20, 2021 and even perhaps to this very day...
Under the Constitution, President of the Senate opens purported certificates and the votes contained in them are counted (tabulated), arguably by the POTS, in the audience of the joint Congress. That's it. There is no "certification." But yes, our Constitution certainly could use some major updates to cover these election related oversights and ambiguities.
Expecting Pence to attempt to wield imagined authority he never possessed, would be to ironically want him to be the villain he's being portrayed as... one doesn't save the Constitution by violating it.
My suspicion is that most people won't grasp the meaning of your reference
Yeah really sad that so few have any clue what you're talking about. Dare I suggest, that's how some people want it...
