It's not a negative, but having SA rule correctly is difficult for me to chalk up as a win... Isn't this what their job is?

The very fact that shit is so bad that we actually are so worried about a trivial case with an obvious result might have a chance to lose is not a positive thing.

Will the EPA stop issuing these directives? If they don't stop and are not arrested and the states abide, then what?

Does the court matter if it they don't abide by the court?

They knew they were breaking our constitution when they did it to begin with. They aren't stupid. They know it takes forever to go through the courts and they can implement their illegal shit while it is. Then once it is ruled on they will tweak their directive and put it right back in play and enforce with the FBI and DOJ until it gets back... rinse and fucking repeat...

SA doesn't matter without FBI to enforce are laws or states willing to put forth laws to remove any FBI power or jurisdiction.

In short... That is what I think the best course of action is. Pass state laws preventing any FBI action within their state borders. CUT THEIR POWER!

I live in Texas, and none of those rulings affect me positively. I HOPE one day this may trickle down into actions that will affect me, but none of these give me reason to celebrate.

1, 2A is the law. It's like celebrating when you get home and your wife is not fucking the mailman. WTF? Having to worry my wife is fucking the mailman is NOT winning.

2, I'm conservative but I am PRO-CHOICE. Because abortion funds democrats, I am ok with it and don't actively oppose abortion.

3, EPA ruling is for West Virginia. Having the SA rule on something so obvious is not winning. Winning is having the SA not have to rule on blatant stupid laws because the LOWER COURTS are cleaned up. This is ridiculous for the SA to even have to rule on.

4. immigration ? I don't know about you, but Texas has never been worse. In last 10 years, my school district went from 3% hispanic to 60% hispanic. Until there is a ruling that sends those mother fuckers back across the border we already LOST THAT WAR!!! It's my reality... I'm sure there are plenty of you that don't have to deal with this shit because you live somewhere else, but we are not fucking winning this battle right now.

So that I'm not a DOOMER I will mention what I think we are winning in. I think we are killing the shit out of these mother fuckers in UKRAINE.
