Seems like states are generally pretty keen to protect their stealerships. NY already has significant restrictions on Tesla.

New York (5 store limit) In 2014, New York banned direct sales but grandfathered in five Tesla stores.[120] Tesla operates four galleries in addition to its five stores. There was proposed legislation in 2018 (Senate bill S6600A and Assembly bill A8248A) to allow more stores. The Eastern New York Coalition of Automotive Retailers opposed this as did the Rochester Automobile Dealers Association.[121] There are plans to open a new Tesla store in Canastota, New York by utilizing the tribal land loophole with Telsa having a deal with the Oneida Indian Nation for the location, similarly to how it enabled opening the 2 Tesla locations in New York.[122]

Starlink seems like they are really trying to boost subscriber counts. Residents in many less populated states/areas can get a standard antenna for 149 until the end of the month. (Save 200 fedbux) Search "starlink regional savings" to see the map. Many of these same areas also qualify for a new lower cost 80/month plan. Folks with inactive antennas are receiving offers of a limited data 10/month plan.

Starlink is offering some decent deals right now. Is this just good business practice or is there a national security motivation?

17 meter diameter helidecks are somewhat common. Maybe they chose that size for a reason. Same size as Megan which I researched in my last post, but lower weight rating of 6.8 tons.

It's a Q when viewed from the starboard side. Starboard <> space force?

I am not a helicopter pilot, but here's my research on the picture here.

The vessel was renamed to Megan in 2022 after Megan McArthur, the second female NASA astronaut to fly on a SpaceX Dragon capsule. The ship has 1750 horsepower from 2 caterpillar engines.

Comparing it with the published length of the vessel, it's plausible that the 17s on the helideck indicate that it has a 17 meter diameter. The smaller marking is "9.1t" which indicates a maximum takeoff weight of 9.1 (metric?) tons. At a casual glance many non-pilots would see "9.11" instead.

Anyone who looks at the PE ratio would sell.

It is with great regret but I feel I must retract my recommendation of MyPillow foam mattress. The middle of the mattress seems to have worn faster than the edges.

I've been the having a burning sensation in the left foot (maybe a pinched nerve?), hip pain, and lower back pain. In that order with several months between onset of new symptoms, without resolution of previous symptoms. The first symptom began before I got this mattress. I my old mattress wasn't good and a potential cause of weird pains. When this mattress was new I think it did support my spine properly. Now when I sleep on my side it's pretty obvious that it doesn't.

EDIT: The mattress was stored vertically in a Murphy bed.

What I heard is done in some places like PNW is that we would buy hydropower during the day instead of using our own peaking plants. Then sell excess fossil generated power back at night. Maybe it's more efficient to throttle hydroelectric plants than combustion plants. They might have a limited amount of water so it makes sense to sell the power for the highest price possible. https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=63684

The initial symptoms are flu-like. Even doctors would be thinking flu or covid, not hantavirus. They are trained to suspect common illnesses first.

Feb 26 found dead.

Feb 11 estimated death.

After a few days of symptoms, sudden onset of [] coughing, shortness of breath, and elevated heart rate...* 4 to 10 days (7 days)

Feb 4 symptoms begin.

Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome has an incubation period of 16 to 24 days.* (20 days)

Jan 15 exposure to Hantavirus.

The viruses [] remain active for 2-3 days at room temperature...* She was found dead after an estimated 15 days. How would they identify this cause after so many days? Or maybe viruses can continue to replicate in a dead body. IDK It's almost as if someone asked Grok "make up cause of death for a 95 year old man and a 65 year old woman in New Mexico, it was not a vaccine."

  1. Canada's hydroelectric generation is being reduced by drought. https://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.php?id=63684 The friction in pipelines is somewhat high which might make it too costly for water. Oil and gas are much more valuable per unit volume than water which makes their transport economically viable.

  2. Combine with 3.

  3. And electrically powered so we could travel 900 miles without fueling stops while we sleep.

  4. Yes.

What I would like to see:

A. Routine hypersonic travel. We've gone from 6 MPH horses, to 60 MPH cars, to 600 MPH planes. Where's 6000 MPH?

B. Build a life size great pyramid, maybe outside of Las Vegas. The construction of the Egyptian pyramids is incredible and we may not be able to match their construction.

C. Our own LINE cities. Minus the smart city crap.

In past centuries boys wore dresses for practical and economic reasons. Funny how history rhymes.

I was given a choice of several license plates for my new vehicle and either subconsciously or just by chance chose one with numbers that sum to 17. ;-D

The deadline has passed. Those who did not respond may get a second chance at the discretion of the President. https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1894177129887404484 What now?

Didn't respond? You'll have to interview to get your job reinstated, a la Office Space. Or just let your money laundering faucet get shut off.

Did respond? Was that from the office or remote? Let's check the email metadata. How many "workers" at your location?

The agencies are telling their people not to respond to the DOGE email. What a clever way to get rid of the blind order followers!

Here's the rest:

  1. Debugged an internal database glitch that was slowing queries.

  2. Drafted a memo that sparked a new interdepartmental initiative.

  3. Conducted a discreet security audit, flagging three overlooked risks.

The official story is that these were done by an art student and sold at auction. I haven't seen official evidence that the Bush painting was in Epstein's house. Maybe there is a reason for that. It's likely that Epstein's minions would have bought both. I would be happy to hang both of these paintings at my house. KEK. Although, Bush's painting needs 3 piles of blocks. ;-)

But why? Ocean freight is the cheapest, followed by rail and then truck. The containers might need to be heated as they go through Alaska and Siberia.

There is a use case for a global HVDC line, distributing solar energy to dark places.

Why would he sell? Maybe to retire. It doesn't matter how old if they have the money. With the reported net profit and the sale of the business that could certainly fund a decent early retirement.

Would you work if you didn't have to?

2
NicoleDuhtrole 2 points ago +2 / -0

Big question is "do you trust your friend?" Probably a good idea to have an accountant and/or lawyer check everything out either way.

Don't discount the effects of stress. The last 5 years have been very stressful.

Somewhere I heard that medicines cure illness by forcing it deeper into the body. Dr. Hulda Clark believes that many supplements are contaminated. So maybe less is more. One thing I did that I thought was effective was eating one fresh orange each day.

But I think it's more likely that you are catching stuff from sick coworkers. I remember my college days. If my roommate got sick then I was basically guaranteed to get sick. Going to class or the cafeteria for an hour was not enough to cause infection. I believe there were studies done for covid that confirmed that. Maybe you could get a HEPA filter or Corsi-Rosenthal Box for your office.
