THIS story, a humble man of Christ, and his family, having nothing but faith to sustain them, have everything they need in Christ, and the love of Christians to create a beautiful place of peace in this world, for them...i, for one, really needed this kind of story, during these times of turmoil in our world, to remind us that CHRIST LIVES in every one of us who believes in Him...blessings to all who helped with this project of love...

Now he's a "celebrity" who's expected to break down and provide a "feels" reaction for social media them every time they bestow some Western blessing onto him. He has a giant home he'll have no hope of maintaining or paying taxes on. A ridiculous truck he has no hope of maintaining or putting gas in. All his family, "friends", and neighbors will soon be hitting him up for favors like he's a lotto winner.
They turned him from a man who made his own way and was content into a "feels" factory. I expect this kind of "feels" shit from a liberal site but a .win site should know the downside of extravagant and misdirected charity.
Indeed we should not make such charity a habit. We should teach each other to support ourselves and our own families. Which leads me to wonder: Why was his family so fat while he was so thin? Hmm.
It's the difference between helping your kid out with their homework vs. bribing the school to graduate them. What is more on display here? Who is really benefiting?
Why is it that we have this expectation that people should melt down when someone does them a favor? We should be insulted when someone babies us like this. I think it's part of our cultural engineering and find the whole affair nauseous.

It wouldnt be like bribing the school, it would be like paying for his scholorship. Yes i agree that it could have a negative impact, but i also believe that when someone who has the drive and willingness to suceed but not the means will make great progress when given the means. That man is clearly very clearly a spiritual and God loving person, im sure he acted wisely after the cameras were turned off.
Actually cost of living is so astronomically low that I don't foresee it being an issue. Here, sure, this kind of gift is just a money pit for someone who already wasn't making enough money to keep it up
It's kind of ridiculous when you read what you can do with $10 in countries like El Salvador. I've seen youtube videos about $2 meals, it's absolutely silly. You add in stuff like how little big pharma charges them for medicines, or the price of cellphone service, etc and you statt to wonder just where is the money going here (well we know but the normies don't)
Those types of videos are pretty common, probably more common than people may realize. There are still kind humans in this world. My problem would be that I've never met any of these types of kind humans in my life but I see enough videos to know those types of people do actually exist.
I can't speak to anything god related as my life has been the opposite of blessed. Ever since I was old enough to work I've had to work and get everything I've ever gotten myself. I do like seeing the stories of people giving although I've never personally experienced any kindness like that in my life.
I've just had to get everything I wanted from working and never depending on anyone. The man in the video is probably grateful. He seemed to be doing whatever he had to do to survive in life which is all anyone can do. Many people never get any help from anyone though and those stories are harder to find because it's not positive thus not good for making money off of on the internet.
And yet, God sees them all. He provided the coconuts for coconut man. Coconut man praised God for his blessings and spoke of God to others, which blessed them. They chose to share a blessing back. In the end, it was to glorify God in all of it.
Just observing the beginning and end of this story.

There will still be coconut men and baristas and teachers and hair stylists, but their reward will be their own happiness and feeling of service. Jobs will cease being jobs and become service to ones fellow man, and for that service, we will share in vast and unlimited riches
Yes. Money is essential to a large functioning society. Bartering good and services isnt always what you want. Sometimes you dont have a good that someone wants or vise versa, paper or metal money is a great placeholder for items to be bartered in the future. The idols people worship replace the love of God. Anything in your life can be an idol, money is just a very common idol people worship without knowing it.

Why hasn't he already retired and those 4, adult fat asses, aren't already taking care of him? Or were they not his family?? I watched the whole video.
