I just did this last weekend. (I am not a horse yet)
Just took the appropriate amount pound (on the marker) for pound (your weight). That should equate to 0.2mcg/kg, which is the recommended prophylactic dosage.
Be careful with your repeat regimen. The half-life isn’t as fast as other medications so you may need to wait 48-72 hours if you want to repeat.

I'm curious if anyone has noticed a difference since trying to (or fully!) eliminating fluoride? I've had fluorinated water for 30+ years...so maybe the pineal damage is done, but so far, the literature I find is a lot of cross-talk w/o anything solid supporting either side...happy to be proved wrong!
You’re right man. I’ve always been in decent shape, but our country is obviously extremely unhealthy as a whole. Been thinking about grown men I know that are “healthy” by comparison bc they’re not obese but likely can’t do more than 2 pull-ups… LFG!
I really do think that WE are the only way...we're supposed to be a nation/gov of THE PEOPLE, and yet we rely on "them" to do everything.
