All my life I have only done immediate family Thanksgiving, so I don't know what it would be like to have extended family. But from the other stories I hear, I think I've been blessed with never sharing a Thanksgiving meal with insane family members. I think you'll find an intimate dinner to be very relaxing and fun!
Go for a walk, hike, bike, camp, take pictures, try baking, pick up an instrument, etc. I have found these actions to help keep my mind fresh. Information overload is a legit issue we face in the modern age. Take a rest for a few days, engage in some hobbies, and I think you will find a regained sense of peace, resolve, and courage. :)
I would recommend glutathione! NAC helps your body produce this antioxidant, but since you are experiencing an acute flare up, you need to raise those levels up. You can get it in a liquid form, also known as lipsomal glutathione. 1 mL taken twice daily under the tongue. This is key to lowering inflammation. Hope this helps!
I always throw emotionally charged arguments back to make them go on the defensive. Or, say you are going to engage one at a time, meaning one idiot has to shut their mouth. My favorite counterattack is to accuse them of supporting rape and abuse, because of the masks and lockdowns. They can call you names but stay on the offensive. Their goal is to corner you and change the direction of the argument. Point and continuously yell "you support rape culture" and watch the change in their faces, lol! You did fine, it's just that debate isn't possible with these subhuman freaks.
God bless you for still trying to reach people with the truth. At this point, I've determined that the lines are drawn and sides have been picked. My goal is to maintain my convictions and meet with other like minded individuals as the conflict mounts to a head. As the world has lost its mind, I am thankful that I have met others who are stalwart in their beliefs, like me. You can't argue with crazy, but props to you for trying.
