Older coins are worth much more in raw ore than their face value. The older the coin, the more it is worth. IE '64 and older quarters are made of silver. MOST have already been taken out of circulation but I do occasionally find them. They're worth like $10 each right now. I have tons of them. Same story for cents, dimes, nickels, etc.
