Sorry but 1981 - 1994 are Millennials. So if you are currently 40 and will be 41 this year you are Gen-X but if you turn 40 in 2021 you are a Millennial.
I would say it is unfair to lump an entire generation in to one stereotype. Younger Millennials might act the way that you are describing but older Millennials do not. The current age range for Millennials is 25 - 40 and they are the ones raising the "more based" zoomers that you are thankful for.
In my personal experience it is Boomers and Gen-X that are more brainwashed and follow the leftist agenda. I live in the south so the Boomers are old school democrats that "vote blue no matter who". They were born democrats and they will die democrats. The Gen-X crowd are more in line with the ideals of Bernie Sanders/AOC. They believe in socialist programs and that we must save the world from climate change.
I myself am an older Millennial (36 years old) and a diehard conservative. I am raising a zoomer (14 years old) and fight everyday to keep the media/school system from trying to program him with they propaganda.

Just a thought but what would be the outcome of an impeachment trial of Trump? There is no president for this. Normally if found guilty the person on trial would be removed from office. Since Trump is no longer in office could he be arrested?

You have P selected on the side. This option keeps planes on the screen even after they have landed. If you deselect that option a lot of those planes will disappear.
I was watching this same group of planes last night. At one point there were 16 c-130J in the formation. Lots of military activity. I recently started tracking plane activity. So I have no clue if something like this is normal.
I work for the 2nd largest foodservice provider in the US and we started receiving active shooter training last year. No live training just an online training video explaining what to do.
I think it is just companies trying to cover their butts in the event of something happening. They can be like "well we trained you on what to do so it's not our fault you got shot."
