If there was no internet access, why were there routers? If there were routers, why would they use ones from other places that people already had the passwords to? If they were part of the election audit trail, why would they be put back to their old purposes after the election?
Routers are cheap and plentiful, if they needed them, they could have bought new and with a few small tweaks, implemented their own security protocols to make them secure (upgrade firmware, adjust settings) ...
In saying that, I'm not aware of routers having on-board logs and records, but I don't know the specific ones they were using
i once worked with an iranian guy who had family connections to power ...
he said they'll always understate what they have, he was claiming (back in 2014) that they already had weapons grade ...
from memory, it's 80% enrichment to generate power and 95% enrichment to create weapons, but the technology involved to go from 80-95% is a massive leap ...
putting those two bits together, i'd guess that iran is saying that they're at 96% if they're claiming 60%

as for the structure in general, it's not a standard 'methodology' like a mind map, as it seems to focus inwards (a mind map will generally start with a concept and expand out) ... the lines seem to point inwards, if i were to hazard a guess, it looks like all lines point to Rudy Gulliani (hard to make out, but it looks like a good photo of him, maybe 20 years ago, if his head was clean-shaven) ...

methylsemioma (sp?) or asbestosis is from the micro-particles of asbestos being inhaled ... they're really small and don't break down ... when they come in contact with your lungs, they just kill the cells, bit by bit ... this takes decades to have any noticeable effect ...
