Trump declassed Fisagate docs on the 19th, right? But we didn't see anything from it. What if, now that it is all declassed, it can be used in the peach mint trial? While those don't negate the charges that have been placed for impeachment, they should show complete and utter malfeasance by a ton of people, which in turn makes the articles null and void and shows the world the truth.

I am of the same demeanor and your story sounds very familiar (aside from writing books). I've found that if I get too attached to the beliefs of others (especially when let down), it has a negative impact on my anger. I have learned to watch for the signs of encroaching anger and, with practice, am now able to temper it (pun not intended) so it doesn't grow. my methods were refined over time and in the end I found that God is the true agent of peace. I was never very religious, but found that heart to heart discussions (more than just prayer) with God calm me immensely. I lay my worry, my hate, my fears at His feet and every-single-time He takes those from me, leaving me at peace and ready to face whatever may occur.
