Yes, it's back up now. I saw another post a couple hours ago, on PDW I think, somebody from the Bee explaining what happened and that it was back up. Just did a search but didn't find the sauce. I remember he said sarcastically something to the effect that it was a "mistake" on their part or some BS like that.
OP's title is not hype. Just finished and this is a smoking gun. The fact the vid was uploaded a month ago is concerning in that I've neither seen nor heard any repercussions as a result of this interview. But I will be watching every video with Dr. David Martin going forward.

Not "ordinary BIOS setup" material. These are specific instructions for individual election machines (Dells) to reset their BIOS to defaults - including little things like disabling the ability to BOOT from the Network Interface Card! Give that some thought.
These are instructions to the criminals on how to reset the machines to remove evidence of "special features" that were enabled for "special" functions.
