I live in an Amish community in Pennsylvania and you’re spot on. While the Amish have become more “modern” in a lot of ways (ie: using cell phones for business purposes) they’ve adhered to the most of the principles of hard work, no fear, no pharma poison, etc.
We started using an Amish market even pre-plannedemic because it was just more convenient but using natural remedies has made a huge difference in how we feel
