The Chewy CEO is now on Gamestop's board of directors and wants to shift from brick and mortar to a more digital presence. However I don't see the company improving if it continues on its poor customer service path after the botched Playstation launch, shady business practices, and nickle & dime buyback policies.
People can get their games from other sources that offer better promotions and cheaper pricing.

To lend more credibility to the splicing of rehearsal and live footage theory:
Mrs. Biden's shoes have an odd habit of switching between tan and teal.
It's possible that we weren't watching live footage. The rehearsal footage could have been used to replace parts of inauguration day where the swamp wasn't cooperating fully.
It would also explain the audio clip of the agent scolding Pelosi or Biden saying "Salute the Marines" if he is doing a half-assed job during rehearsal. Granted the latter could be explained from mental decline as well.
