Recently, I heard an excellent Reiner Fuellmich interview with Dr. Peter McCullough, who was emphasized how we need to understand the process and content of the coordinated mind control program of the physicians and population regarding acceptance of the jab. What happened to make "good people" to horrendous things to themselves and others (in the case of medical professionals)? It's possible that the programming is subconscious, and people cannot articulate why they did something which we view as irrational, so they talk about superficial motives like "going on vacation." All I know is that I've stopped trying to red pill the Normies on vaxx dangers---none of my facts compute with them.

My career has been basically spent in government survey research, so there is a possibility that the questions you list are related to unmet health needs during COVID---vision, hearing, and mental deterioration. The stair question is a standard measure of disability.
The questions are interesting, and ones we'd like to see hard data on; however, I personally think it's an overreach of authority from the US Census Dept. Traditionally, survey questions on mental and physical health have been conducted through the CDC or HHS. Plus, information from these questions from individuals measurably adds to the info the Federal Govt. keeps on you. With this survey, the govt. can combine info on income, health, housing, spending, transportation and demographics, to get a pretty clear view of your behavior during COVID, which is why my inclination is not to participate in the survey.
I've been intrigued for a long time that people are so brain-fogged about everything COVID and found an excellent Catherine Austin Fitts interview on mass mind control via the media. It's likely those cell lines were used for the experimental vaccine serum of the Hepatitis B vaccine, which was injected into gay men in cities across the US. Cities where the clinical trials of the Hep B vaccines were conducted coincidentally became "epi-centers" of HIV/AIDS at the beginning of the epidemic.

Lots of crazy things are being said now by the "vaccination experts," even those on the Patriot side. For example, some of the "5 Docs" say to stay away from the vaccinated to minimize the possibility of exposure to spike proteins, but it all seems to be based on word-of-mouth reports of symptoms to the doctors. I don't know. . .call me skeptical, but they're stoking as much fear as the MSM, and then in the next breath, they say that fear is our worst enemy. I'd appreciate seeing some documented medical blasts/warnings on these cases.
The jab is nasty poison, as evidenced by the people who pass away quickly afterwards (I know of one personally) and the serious side effects reported to VAERS. It's very possible that the end game of the MNrA is mind control for those that survive.
But, as I've learned following Q, that big events don't happen in the way we predict they will. So. . .what if the Patriots have control of whatever flips the switch on the vaxxed population? Something like the Mayotte frequency, which could activate those nanoparticles and clear the brain fog from the 60% of people who are jabbed? This idea came when I was working my little job in a major department store and had to keep running to the door, when the RFID security devices were activated by people (and not tagged merchandise.)
It's a far-out idea, but these days I don't totally close off my mind to the possibility of anything.
