Hope you get better. I have everything you have but not as bad. My back, butt legs have been hurting for over two years now. I was on meds for over a year. For several months I could barely move. Now it's much better. It improved after i started sleeping on the floor hardwood with only blanket over floor. Mattress is the source of problem.
