Let's turn this around on the leftists.

Blame them for climate change because of all the vegans and vegetarians eating all of the natural CO2 filters. Then blame them again for also making fake meat with those plants instead of eating real meat.

THEY DID THIS!

I'm not. The story is better though about Dan being his caddy. Everyone starts somewhere (unless they go straight to the damn government), but the story gets really interesting when we learn how that person gets to the top and any connections from start to finish along the way.

I keep saying he should write a book.

He might end up directly in front or directly behind of Barry. Directly.

Way back when, my (very pregnant at the time) wife drug me to a Garth Brooks concert along with one of her friends. They were pissed at me because I sat in the seat and slept through the whole thing. I was more of a Prince fan and couldn't stand country at the time.

Granted - I was in the military working at the Pentagon while also working a part time job at Arlington Cemetery and I was tired. I also had previously learned how to sleep in the dorms (before I was married) while a-holes were playing rap with their massive subwoofers bouncing classes on my shelves.

I'm still proud that I slept.

I actually do believe it. I look at it as being similar to the book deals, or in the case of the smaller dollar amounts it could simply be a payback/favor to that person or group.

The difference with these grants is that the people/groups receiving the money actually have to appear to do the studies/work and publish something about their work. Then they can keep whatever is "leftover".

With the book deals a book has to be written and published, and then a large amount of them will be purchased and probably burnt or given away as gifts.

It's still actually money laundering, but it is an attempt to diversify so they don't always use the book deal shtick.

Agreed, though he was FBI, not CIA. FBI needs gutted and the few good assets split between the Marshal Service and the USSS.

I'm not disagreeing that Pete can do the job. I'm saying he should've been the 2nd SECDEF.

I explained why I feel that way here: https://greatawakening.win/p/199hc08obp/x/c/4ZGSfpbPV9Y

Pete could've had a year to fix the VA - which he would've been exceptional at - while Flynn or Rogers did the dirty work at DOD. Then Pete could come in as the next SECDEF and have the opportunity to rebuild 2 agencies during this term.

As long as he is by Trump's side I guess it doesn't matter. Eventually, assuming the plan is successfully executed, Dan will get a lot of credit and recognition. I'd just like to see him get some now as well.

We all know what he does, but most people haven't even heard his name.

Sure I read his resume. He is a great guy and will do good at whatever he tries. I still think he would've been a better pick for the VA to get them back in shape while Rogers or Flynn shakes up DoD.

Trump had several SECDEFs last term. If he had the fixer(s) come in and clear the place out for a year, Pete would be the perfect guy to come in and rebuild it. He would have the respect of the people too (at least the military - civilians are overwhelmingly there for the paycheck).

There is something important that I believe everyone is overlooking. The person that comes in to fire all the ones that need fired and get rid of all the woke crap is going to be tied up in CONgress and the MSM, defending pretty much every major move he makes. He will have to split time between de-woking and putting out CONgressional and media fires. That's why business moguls have fixers (Trump had one too). The fixers take the heat while they do the job that needs to be done, and the next guy comes in and can start right away with the rebuild.

Your last 2 sentences in your reply actually fit with what I am saying. Everyone will hate the first guy (those fucks with experience), and Pete could come in to do the work they can't do.

Well he started as Trump's caddy way back when...

Ratcliffe is a great pick since he has more of an Intel background.

I was hoping for Kash to be National Security Advisor or Homeland Sec. AG might be good as well - Kash is important and needs to be involved at a very high level somewhere.

Yeah - we need him here still. I still want him to primary Cornyn next election.

Paxton could theoretically be the AG for a year but he would have to campaign in late 2025 for the primary in 2026.

I will say though, with Trump in office I don't see Ken Paxton having to file lawsuits like he did when Biden was in.

Not really. When Trump orders that agency to move to "flyover country" they will leave on their own.

Can you imagine working for Trump? How many texts would you get at 2, 3, or 4 in the morning EVERY night?

If they really want that crap on the air Soros can just add it to all of those stations the FCC just let him buy.
