The green flashes are really improperly rendered frames and are likely to have no special value. This is a technical fault with the video renderer and encoding software.
Most of the time the frames are lost, but on occasion they may be spliced elsewhere within the footage. The presence of these helped me determine that these are likely unintentional errors in the rendering of the footage.

These green frames began appearing on September 29, 2021 during the interview with the George magazine executive editor ([58]). It is likely that George News's rendering configuration was changed during this time owing to the outdated format of the footage, which then began introducing these errors in all of their footage since.

I know part of the story: Rekieta Law is an attorney on YouTube who together with other attorneys has been doing commentaries on all sorts of things relating to legan matters. They exploded with their coverage of the Rittenhouse case, because they are far more balanced, casual, humorous and insightful than whatever the MSM have been doing with their coverage.
This graph depicts their sudden drop in viewership when YouTube decided to suspend via "accidental" copyright strike multiple independent live streams of the case including Rekieta Law's at 2:20:00 in this video here:

I was once skeptical of Durham even existing but all the recent indictments have put my doubts about him actually taking action to rest.
What really makes all the Durham stuff so hard for me to believe though is the absence of any recent photos and videos of Durham, as though he were either a ghost or a very special special prosecutor. The only photos of him that I could find were taken over a decade ago. Is his appearance a classified military secret or something?
